Citizens Community Bank Roe St, Pilot Grove

I used Citizens Community Bank as my lender when I purchased my first home. The team there was incredibly helpful and kind. They always made sure to answer any questions that I had and made the transaction smooth and painless. I highly recommend considering Citizens Community Bank for your banking needs!

This bank is the worst. I had went to use my card at gas station and it would not go through. Checked my account and it was 1500.00 in the hole. This was on a Monday. I called right away at 8 am spoke with the president of the bank. Was told that if the money was not in my account by 10am he would send back my rent. I was so lost why 2 rent checks would come out at the same time. He told me not his problem. I got the money to cover rent. Still was so lost how I messed up that bad. Went to put money in at the end of the week and my account had way more money in it. I asked how this was possible. Was told that the system had messed up Monday and nothing was wrong with my account. Now you think if they would have spent just a little time and looked at it would have saved me a lot of worry.

This bank provides a great customer experience. There’s also something to be said about being able to walk in the door and deal with local folks!

been doing banking with citizens community and have had multiple loans, never missed a payment and have been a loyal customer for years. Have an excellent credit score and has been a loyal customer. Sent my nephew in to cash in change for bills, and was told because they didnt have an account the bank doesnt take their money. Being this is suppose to be a family bank seems they dont further their assistance to account holders families, unless they can make a buck off them. When i tried to reach Glen, the manager, i wasnt even given the courteousness of a return call the same day, yet the girls told me he was there. Since when doesnt a bank take money, then where in the hell are you supposed to take it? Yet this bank has made hundreds of dollars from me, yet offers nothing to my family. Of course ive called other banks that dont mind switching coins for bills, yet this bank does. Maybe they should take the family part off their commercials and make it, we only do for those that make us money. Will be moving my money and loans to a different bank, for if you cant trust your banker, then its time to move on. A bank is made for all people, and this bank isnt one of them.... Want a family bank, dont go to citizens community bank in boonville or pilot grove. They dont care about your family...
