Misty worked amazing with me and very pleasant to be around. I actually had an amazing time and experience. I recommend everyone. They were quick and explained every singe thing.

Misty helped investigate an issue involving my loan over the phone while I was working. She suggested to stop in the store and refinance my loan. She took her time to investigate concerns and suggested options which I did because she was so informative and helpful.

So I had the pleasure to meet Misty, I thought there was no way this company could be any better! All of them are so helpful an friendly! Erin and Hannah are great. They are always smiling and very helpful when I come in. I would highly reccomend them to anyone!!

Hands down the best place in Sedalia to get a loan! Erin, the Branch Store Manager was so kind and helpful. She asked me what I could afford monthly and set me up with a loan that had affordable payments and knocked out an existing loan. Couldn't have been happier with the service I received and just my overall experience!

I don't have a personal experience here but I've worked with Misty in a previous place and she's always friendly and very knowledgeable about things. She's a hard working and goes above and beyond for those she cares about! If I ever need a loan I would definitely go see Misty!

This is the best place to go to if you need to cash a check or need a loan. Misty that works there is very friendly and always have a smile on her face. If she is waiting for a check to get clear she will keep you updated and even say she sorry for the wait even if its not there fault. I will recommend this place to all my friends and family.

Misty did a great job, there is no way anyone could have done a better job. My husband said to giver her a raise. She took time to walk me through the whole online application. It waa really easy but she stayed on the phone with me till I waa completely donw to insure I got it. She waa perfect. Wonderful person and shw said so much nice things about the company and how much they help in the community. Great place and,not,enough stars for her.

She not only answered my questions, she was multi-tasking answering the phone. And on top of that, carried on a conversation with me about things we have in common. Erin are incredible!!! I have never had such amazing customer service. I am so happy I choose to do business with such nice people. They made sure I left with no questions and confident that i chose the right place to go. Those two deserve raise. They even called me back to make sure that I was doing ok and let me know they are always here for me. Now that's customer service.
