Citizens Community Bank Jackson Rd, Boonville

I dig this bank because I can pull $500 off the ATM as my Max limit, as opposed to the $250 limit on other ATMs. This is very beneficial to me in regards to getting my bills paid. I appreciate their service! Never wait in line either at the ATM!

Called to check if checks were in accounts yet because google says they start this weekend. Spoke with Brenda who seemed very disgusted that I would even be asking already. Drive thru always friendly and dont react EVER one way or another. Lose the tude BRENDA.

Have been doing business with these people for at least 20 years and have always found them friendly and helpful.I am in there almost every day in the Boonville location and have never seen them be rude to any one.I have a hard time believing these people giving one star ratings have ever done business there.Unless there is some way to verify they have actually done business there I would be suspicious of trolling on their part.

Shame on this bank & Carol how do you close someone's account without telling them Ahead of time that gets money deposited into their account especially around Christmas. This bank will never be recommended by me again

Horrible customer service. Carol learn customer service or get a job that pays you better to be happy with your customers. You just lost my families account.

This bank is horrendous! Worst banking experience ever! Started the loan process with them in early November and they just set on it till January 2nd! Admitted to not looking at it for 6 weeks cause they were busy with end of year stuff and the whole time were lying to us that everything was going smoothly and looking great! The loan officer was NEVER at work, never returned calls, and when only lied to us when we were able to get ahold of him! A terrible bank, terrible loan officers, terrible experience, and played a huge part in ruining the holidays due to their constant lying! Go anywhere else but here!!

Usually don’t leave reviews but after dealing with this bank off and on for last 5 years of non sense all the time I believed it deserved it. I’d never recommend anyone doing business here. There are plenty of other banks in town to chose from. I switched to UMB bank and it’s been great service no problems what so ever.

They were very helpful in setting up my checking account. They had information on how to budget my money online and for investment possibilities. The staff was both prompt and friendly

If your money is important don’t bank here. Closed account for no reason. Never even Overdrafted. Very rude staff.
