Citizens Bank Supermarket Branch N Montello St, Brockton

I don't often frequent this bank or market since the Market Basket opened sometime ago, but I can always go there in a pinch for when I need some grocery items. The bank itself is compact but is what it is. My issue is as of today I had an online appointment for 230p for a notary. I get there in time but have to wait in line which is fine. I get to the teller and he informs me that the manager, whom I believe is a notary, left at 2pm. Why is that!?! Don't these appointments populate their calendars. If she couldn't wait, she had my info from the system so why not reschedule? I'm so disappointed. I needed this done today but due to lack of proper systems in place I have to wait until Monday to get this done some place else. So sad...disappointing! Unprofessional! My teller Kevin heard my words of frustration but was gracious and patient with me as I conducted my other needed transaction from my account.. Thank, you, Kevin.

Sat in line 20 minutes for them to tell me.to make an appointment foe tomorrow. All this while.one teller works and 3 or 4 others just stand there. Useless branch.

The manager, Stephanie, did an amazing job in helping me with my situation. She was very understanding and supportive.

I was in line depositing money the teller Treza tells me I’m depositing to much money and she can’t take me due to a line .The Tellers name is Treza Eshak really unprofessionally.

Tellers an staff are always polite and fast

By far the worst bank location. I don't know what people do here but on average every transaction takes at least 15 minutes. If there is a rare moment that nobody is there I have had several employees ignore me. And the reason I left after 30 minutes in line is because in a high infection area the customers don't wear masks and nobody says anything. I'm not fond of this bank in general but I have always hated this location. If you have a few hours to kill go check it out.

I was looking to open an account and visited this branch. Upon arrival there was a staff member ready to help. I was informed about current promotions and the options available. I ended up leaving with an account and a smile on my face. The staff was personal, informative, and helpful.

My Dad been a customer in this bank and their services surprised me. The stuff there are full of respect. A bank I can recommend to someone. I am joining them.

Get in the bank and I see 7 persons talking and laugh for 5 minutes and then They say we are not open until 10 and now it’s 8:46 very disrespectful .

Had it with this branch! Tellers are very rude.
