I just signed up for a bank account here, only to learn they do not cash savings bonds, which is a common function that all banks should and normally do provide. Completely wasted time setting up a local bank account and direct deposit with a small town bank that has zero customer service. Very disappointing. Lastly, I needed to set up a PIN number and although three people were working, of course only one person who was busy was the "only" one that could help me. Don't bother banking here, there's a reason big banks exist and do well.

Always a good experience. Employees are polite and very helpful. Busy foot traffic nearby, however I feel that the staff does a great job keeping transactions confidential.

I recently met with Mike at Citizen's Bank primarily for information on a student loan for nursing school. Mike broke down all of my options, assisted me with the application, set me up with a new checking and savings account, and helped me set up my online banking. His customer service was exceptional.
