This is my second time buying from Stateline Subaru and I wanted to take the time to again appreciate how above and beyond the entire sales team goes here. Their customer service is second to none. Drew and Inna started working with me as soon as I walked through the door. They offered me coffee and water before starting to get to know me and exactly what I was looking to purchase. We love Subaru’s and recently leased a new outback and purchased a new forester. Inna was our sales person for both. She was attentive to what we were looking for in options and listened to what we wanted and made the whole process so easy. One of them was done by text and we had a deal in about 30 minutes. Joe D. This was the best auto purchase experience my wife and I have ever had and we have purchased dozens of cars. Walked in at 7:15 PM on a Monday Night. Told them what we were looking for and in a few minutes we were behind the wheel testing it out. While out for test drive they quickly appraised our trade-in. Came back to showroom and had a coffee and a snack and sat down to discuss with the nicest guy, Damien. He was so cordial and informative. We discussed the price of the car as well as the value for trade-in. With the assistance of the management team including Roger we quickly were able to agree upon a great deal. We completed some paperwork and were done by 8:40 PM. Guess what, they close at 8:00 PM. They had no problem staying open for us and never rushed us. A phenomenal transaction. Just purchased an Outback from Stateline. This is the second car I’ve purchased from them in the past few years. I’ve looked at both Mastria and Anchor Subaru dealers and eventually ended back at Stateline. Inna is a great saleswoman and if you shop Stateline, I would recommend you ask for her. Inna was very communicative and on top of things every step of the way. I am honestly the dumbest car shopper there is, however I feel they don’t take advantage of that. They gave me a good trade in $ for my Forester and got me the best financing I could qualify for. I love my new Outback, it’s pretty much the nicest car I’ve ever owned and Inna and the rest of the Stateline crew made it possible.

He was very professional and worked hard to accommodate my needs in the vehicle that I wanted to purchases. We went out to test drive the vehicle ; he explained the new systems that came with each make and model of the Ascent. Once I decided on the make and model that I wanted. Drew explained the vehicles systems even in more detail (I really appreciated that). The Ascent that I test drove was nice but I was not in love with the color. Drew asked his sale managers to see if they could located the color vehicle that I wanted. Unfortunately, with shortage of cars the Dealership could not locate the color that I wanted in all of New England. I was not happy and was talking myself out of making a deal. Then, Roger (the sale’s manager) came over introduce himself and said “we want to make you happy let’s see what we can do”. The next thing I knew was Joe (another sale’s manager) came over to inform me that they were going to let me buy the Ascent that was in the show room! Which is the exact make, model and color that I wanted. I was so excited and happy and the rest is history!

After shopping around at a few different dealerships I ended up leasing a new crosstrek at Stateline Subaru. Not only did they offer the best deal, I was very happy with the customer service there. Inna was so helpful, well-informed and genuine. She really made the experience of getting a new car easy and painless. She’s a gem and I’m a happy customer. 🤍

Stateline Suburu in Somerset beats all other car dealerships! I have bought five cars since I was 21 due to my extensive driving for work. I’ve been a Toyota girl forever. But the crosstreck had an excellent safety warranty and they are in my backyard so I thought I’d give it a go. Buying cars is my least favorite thing to do. I cannot tell you how my view has changed. I drove my new Subaru off the lot smiling and feeling like I got a fantastic deal and a fantastic car. Steve was great at explaining and answering questions honestly and putting me at ease and GM Joe was transparent, attentive and genuinely wanted me to make an informed decision. Can't make this up... brought our 2019 impreza in for a new engine wiring harness, they forgot to put the car back together before returning the vehicle to us. They "forgot" to put the coolant reservoir back. Luckily the engine never overheated. Utterly incompetent. Cannot recommend avoiding this place enough.

Good ol' bait and switch. I was told over the phone the model I was interested in within my price range was a limited model. Set up an appointment for 2 pm the next day. Come to find out I'll be looking at a base model, the 2018 Impreza had 23,000 miles the exhaust was visibily rusted throughout it's length, and they wanted over 21,000$ for it when the MSRP of a brand new Impreza base model starts at 18,700$. Regardless of the market, this was a waste of my time and I will not be going back to this dealership based solely on this experience.

We needed a car replaced asap. We arrived in the evening to view and test drive one. Jay and the team were able to get us off the lot with a new car by noon the next day. Got a non-Subaru used car from them, and it was a great experience. Didn’t try to link the financing to any other purchases/options, and very fair negotiating principles. Being a first time buyer through a dealership and also my first time with financing, Jay Deleon was very helpful in walking me through all the steps and explaining all my options. Also, they are going through some remodeling, but they don’t let that impact the customer experience. Will definitely consider coming back for my next car, and thanks again Jay!

Went to eight different dealerships looking at trucks over the weekend. Stopped by Stateline on Monday to look at a truck and it was there that I found what i was looking for. Stateline has a great selection of quality, used vehicles at the right price. tens of thousands of miles less on the odometer than any of the other dealerships I went to and in the price range i was shopping. On top of it, they gave me more than I was expecting for my trade-in. I was pleasantly surprised by the speed at which they put me in my truck, as you know, vehicle buying can take all day. My sales person, Inna was sweet as a muffin and cute as a button. She was just as excited as i was about the truck (2016 Ram 1500). Couldn't give her enough stars. A+++

Just purchased a 2022 Subaru Ascent and worked with Chris Dutra. The entire experience was smooth and Chris is tremendous to work with. Chris set us up for a solo test drive and then we worked thru the deal negotiations in a casual comfortable manner. His follow through post deal was excellent, he took care of everything he said he would during the negotiations. He went through all of the car tech and setup when we picked up the car and did not rush thru it. We will get our next car from Stateline Subaru and absolutely work with Chris again. Have had two vehicles serviced at this dealership. Very appreciative that the service manager abides my request to have the same mechanic work on my car. Immaculate facility; appointments within a day of request. Fair trade prices. Having the vehicle returned with a complimentary car wash and vacuum as other service dealers do would add to their fine reputation.

The management wouldn’t go through with our deal unless I financed with them even though I had a better outside option secured. The difference was small and wasn’t going to stop me when I was 100% sure about the car, but they didn’t act in my best interests on this and I think they could have. This was disappointing. Anyway, I’m very happy to have the exact car I was looking for, which Steve & team identified in their incoming shipments for me within minutes of my walking into the dealership!

Just bought a new 2022 Forester Wilderness from Drew Leblanc at Stateline Subaru and couldn't be happier! My wife and I ordered this vehicle over-the-phone and Drew was always helpful throughout the entire process. He quickly responded via text or call when we had questions, and when the car arrived (prior to being delivered to our address in North Andover) he took pictures for us to show us the awesome vehicle we were getting. I would very strongly recommend buying a Subaru from Stateline and getting the chance to work with Drew if at all possible.

I couldn't be happier with my purchasing experience at Stateline Subaru. My sales associate was Drew and I'm happy to say he was great to work with. He was easy to talk with, answered all of my questions, did not use pressure tactics in his sales work and stayed involved but not obnoxiously so throughout the process. After test driving a used 2019 Outback 3.6r Limited they had in stock I settled on that model but decided on a new vehicle instead of the used one I'd tested. My preferred color and option package was only available from another dealer but he arranged a dealer transfer and within a week I was happily driving the exact vehicle I wanted at what I felt was a good price. I'd happily recommend anyone thinking about purchasing a Subaru to check out Stateline. If your experience is anything like mine, you won't regret it. Update 2-8-2022: two years on with my Subaru and I'm still happy with my purchase. I've been going to Stateline for my service and the experience has been positive overall. There was a period of time when basic service like oil changes and such were taking more time then expected (2 hrs for an oil change once) but this has improved. They also recently remodeled and the new service center experience is quite nice.

Purchased my second car from this dealer. The dealer took excellent care of me just like my first purchase. I bought. 2015 WRX limited with 30k miles. I have wanted this car since I was a kid and am absolutely in love with it. The dealer even went the extra mile to make sure they repaired a roof dent as well as replaced a faulty center console that were issues before purchasing the car. This is the first negative review I have ever left a business which speaks to the truly horrible experience I had with this dealership. The sales manager Roger sold a brand new car out from under me that I had made a deposit on and waited for a week longer than they had originally told me it would take to arrive. When questioned he offered me another car with the same specs that wouldn’t arrive for an entire month on top of the two weeks I had already waited. To compensate me for my time he said he was willing to give me a measly two free oil changes… After having violated a contract I was expecting a bit more to make up for the complete disregard of my time and energy. Further more, after having made a big mistake Roger didn’t have the gall to deal with me personally and made a low level salesman break the news to me and speak to me as a third party. I caution anyone doing business with this wretched, used car lot like, establishment.

Run, do not walk, out of this dealership! My sister and I went to Stateline Subaru to look at a car that was advertised online as a Certified Pre-Owned 2020 Subaru Forester (see picture). All was fine until we sat down to talk about “the numbers”. Steve Chaves, the salesman, asked us if we were financing or paying cash to which we answered we were paying cash. Suddenly, the advertised price went up $1,500. We asked why and were told that the advertised price is only if you finance through them. When we questioned this, Steve said there was a disclaimer on their website. There is no such disclaimer. We told him we were not going to finance and were not going to pay the additional $1,500. The manager then came out and said they would split the difference with us so they would sell it for $750 more than advertised. We left. A few days later, Steve contacted my sister to see if she was still interested in the car. She said she would buy the car at the advertised price with cash, Steve said ok. Over the next few days all the paperwork was being done and the plan was to pick up the car the following Saturday. On Saturday, my sister and nephew went to pick up the car but as they were going over all the paperwork my sister asked about the certification and Steve told her that the car was not certified and that it would be an additional $2,300 to certify the car. My sister was horrified and said the car was advertised as “certified pre-owned” to which Steve said…wait for it… "there’s a disclaimer on the website!” What??? Either the car is certified or it is not and Stateline Subaru advertised that it was certified, period! (again, see attached picture). My sister and nephew left the dealership. As they were driving home, I found the exact same car online with 9,000 fewer miles, certified and $300 less. They immediately drove to Quirk Works Subaru in Braintree, worked with an amazing and honest salesman and bought the car! If you value honesty at all stay far away from Stateline Subaru!!

Bought a used car and it is a good one. Chris Dutra who was our sales manager was knowledgeable and a nice person to work with. Customer needs to know if they come here from CarGurus or any other site, the actual price may not the same as the price they quote as it was my experience. That was a negative point, hopefully an exception. Also dealer expects to use their recommended financing so they can get their bank commission, which may not be acceptable to all as one can get cheaper rates elsewhere or able to pay off to begin with.

Working with Drew in Sales was great! I was able to stop in and chat about where I was in my search for a new vehicle. On the fifth of January I went to Stateline Subaru to have my oil changed. After having a conversation with my wife we decided to upgrade from an Impreza to a Crosstrek. While at Stateline I had asked what the trade in value of the Impreza was, and I was referred to Steve. After talking with Steve my wife and I knew it was time to say goodbye to the Impreza and get the Crosstreck. The patients Steve had with us is one of his many great qualities. Steve also gave us plenty of time to discuss what we truly wanted and only came to us to see if we needed help with anything. So in a few words I am saying Steve is a very relaxed, understanding and all around in your best interest in mind. So I will say thank you to Steve for helping my wife and I get our new car we just love.

I decided to go to this Subaru dealer Stateline Subaru dealer to purchase a new Subaru and see what if a could get a great and that’s exactly what happened!! I went here recently to trade in our Forester for an Ascent. We worked with Inna Perez in the sales department and had an incredible experience.
