I arrived after they had closed. The manager ask if he could help me. I told him I needed to cash a check, to pay the plumber. He assisted me with taking the money out of the atm. He said he would call the 800 number if there was a problem taking the money out of my account thank you

I went today and Jason helped me with some debt resolutions and wisdom. The bank came through for me when 2 others failed. Also i saw the lady that guided me through some stuff last summer when i bought my house. Good folks.

A post office that does not take debit or credit cards. A customer service counter that takes debit, but does not sell money orders because we are independently owned. Well this store just lost $7500 worth of annual food shopping alone. Back to Walmart.

I went and created my first bank account over a week ago. I still have not received my bank card. The lady that created the account and took my $160 deposit put the wrong spelling of my name on the account (she had my drivers license and an insurance card right in front of her with the correct spelling). Now that is not the part that got me ticked off because everyone makes mistakes, it was the fact that after I told her that she messed up the spelling, she and another woman at the bank told me that they sent out a second card. I got the first card with the incorrect spelling about 2 days later. 5-6 days later, I did not receive the second card so I went down to the bank tired and hungry after work to find out that they never sent out the second card. I talked to the man that was down there and he ordered the second card for me and said it would come in in 2 days. Today is the day that the card was supposed to be in, and it is not here. Since mail is not delivered on Sundays, I now have to wait till Monday for it to hopefully come in. My first weekend off of work and I cannot do anything. If the card does not come in Monday, then I am taking my money and going to pnc bank.

Terrible customer service. They hold my pay check, he said every bank does that. I have never had a bank hold my paycheck. I said I should just close my account, the customer service representative from citizens said I was going to suggest that. ... welll ok Thanks for the great customer service!!! NOT

Always attentive checking to make sure there are not mistakes. Manager is always friendly and seems to know most peoples name that are regulars
