PNC Bank Lincoln Way, White Oak

Sat in ONE line today for 50 Minutes!! They should be ashamed of their service. They blamed it on their computers today but it is like that every time you go. They need to step it or open the inside. Update- Inside is open and you will sit and wait forever and they are still blaming the computers!

This isn't a legitimate bank. They are unable to process simple transactions relating to withdrawal of funds from a savings account related to a funeral. They are a front for probably the drug trade. Recommend taking your money to Wells Fargo, where they are competent enough to process simple transactions.

Every single person that works at this branch is amazing and kind. Liz, Chantel, Will, and Lynnice have gone above and beyond for me and have helped me with getting a loan, setting up a new account, and doing a name change after I got married recently. I will do ALL my banking at this branch from now on. Keep up the great work!

Sat in the drive threw for over a HOUR they should be ashamed of there service , pulled up to the window no one said anything to me for 15 minutes I am going to move my money this place is terrible

The ATM ate 90$ I was depositing on behalf of my dad. I went in and they refused to help me with it and asked I call the help number. Its MY money. Not his. I was giving it to him to pay for a car repair bill. Not the nicest service that's for sure.

I had to visit the branch in person today. Once inside the wonderful Lynnice Jones sought me out from her busy station. She took me to her cubicle and handled my transaction, she did this with the utmost professionalism and kindness. Then she spent the time to help me get a fee refunded. I will be back in the near future to look into refinancing my auto loan and opening a credit card, both of which she informed me about. Message to management: take notice and take care of employees like Lynnice J.

This Bank needs a new Manager, or closed - Here's my experience : they didn't answer phone at all on several separate occasions over last few weeks; put me on hold and then disconnected me on another; insisted that I do my banking through computer, would not give me an appointment, which is what I requested. Today, I waited with many other cars, for about 40 minutes to make a deposit. They have ONE TELLER AND ONE LINE only. One of their drive thru lanes is an ATM. i understand there might be issues with caronavirus BUT there were FOUR people with the teller inside that cubicle. What's their job ? Just standing around. We could not understand the teller at all, she has a 50 ply face mask on. No wonder they are closing PNC banks. I say, grab your money and run - to NORTH WEST where they answer phones, give appointments, smile, and go the extra mile.

Pretty new to the neighborhood and have done banking with PNC for awhile now. Majority of the staff is friendly and the tellers are always quick. I wish they would stop pushing me to the ATM for everything as the only time I don’t use an atm is when I have complex issues.

Awesome employees and very helpful! They were so attentive! Asked if we wanted water, coffee, an iPad to play on while we waited. They resolved our issue quickly! They remodeling looks amazing!!!

I enjoy going there. They are always courteous and friendly.
