Wrost bank plus the worst branch ever! they lie to the customer and fool costomer. I would give -5 star if I can. Stay away from them!

Incompetent employees who do not verify identification when making account level changes plus tellers with 0 customer service skills. Clearly a reason this branch is in the 2's. Will not be a Citizens customer in the future.

Clueless and greedy from the top down. If it weren't a business necessity, I would never work with them. They are not good Citizens and have a turnstile of new and untrained staff. They are slow with lots of excuses.

Horrible service, very rude to the loyal customer for more than 10 years. Very disappointed and closed the account.

I came in to do international wire transfer was waiting for almost 15 minutes, first employee told me that they short handed and can not do wire transfer for me. I did not expect this answer to their customer. Then his PIN did not work, another employee came in and she did not help because her PIN did not work. I wasted my time for nothing. Good 20 minutes. They told me to go to Stop and Shop. Horrible service, looks like they angry at me that I was needed service. I left empty handed and very disappointed. I will transfer my relationship to Bank of America where is excellent customer service. Citizens bank does not care about their customers. Awful service. I am done with CITIZENS.

I have to say, every time I've had to deal with Citizens, it's been unpleasant. Even each online experience is unpleasant somehow! This branch was the one I chose to open a business account. I had all the relevant and proper information and documents, but after an hour I was sent home for not having filed with the state. I had told the banker that I didn't need to file my business as it is a sole proprietorship, she assured me I did. She also checked with the manager on that. I went home, called the State, and lo and behold, I didn't need to. Just one example of a few. The other day I asked to change some Euro's into dollars. They said only if I was a member, which I am. Then after they counted out my money they said its a $15 dollar fee to switch them which surprised me. I asked if they knew if anywhere did it for no fee, and they told me that it's standard and all banks do that. I went across the street to Bank of America (with whom I also bank) and they changed the Euros for dollars for no fee at all. They also charge me 3$ fee every time I want to transfer money from my citizens bank account to my bank of america account. ???? It's the little examples that add up for me, and it seems at every turn this bank keeps reminding me that I shouldn't continue banking with them.

I have had great service at this bank for 10 years. Always very friendly and accommodating.

I have a citizen bank check, which I have not been able to deposit in the United States because they tell me that they have no funds, would someone from the bank advise me? I can't find a way to communicate
