O'Brien Diane Davis Sq, Somerville

Listen Diane O'Brien has been doing my taxies since 1989 and she has done a fantastic job every single one of those years. She did my fathers taxes for several years before he died and he thought she was great and he was a very careful man with a buck. I highly recommend Diane to everyone. She is professional, careful, honest, fair minded and up to date with all the new tax laws, and she has reasonable rates. We went to meet the IRS one time and she didn't even charge me. It turned out being their mistake. I would say it has been a pleasure to have Diane to my taxes all this time. She is great.

I scheduled an appointment 3 weeks in advance. I was then sent an email asking if I was able to reschedule the appointment 24 hrs prior to the time. I emailed back and notified the "operating service" multiple times stating that it is difficult for me to reschedule, and just to please clarify if I should still show up or not as it is hard to get out to Davis sq and off work. I never heard a response despite multiple attempts. I showed up to the appointment and the door was locked. She later sent me a 1 line email stating that she had to cancel that day. No notice of a cancellation or attempt of rescheduling, terrible at communication. I would surely not trust her handling things that are more complex, such as my taxes.
