Citizens Bank Spectrum Ctr, Reston

I came to this branch for the first time earlier today with about $20 worth of business, but the level of service and attention I received was unparalleled. I interacted with several employees over the course of my visit, all of whom were super friendly, efficient and professional. Thank you, you set the bar high!

Very poor service, brought in an HSBC check to be cashed that was made out to myself from one of there customers, the teller was very rude when she seen the value of the check and I immediately knew they were going to TRY THERE VERY BEST not to cash it, I waited patiently....after calling the customer and confirming the check was valid they continued to walk around the bank handling other issues even after I told them I was in a hurry (it was nearly 5 and I still had to pay my employees for the day) THE TELLER NEAMED SHARON was very rude and told me to sit down and wait...I don’t understand how somebody who’s job is to deal with people and they have zero people skills, I’ll be filing a complaint

Even though it was a premier customer, it was extremely mean. I don't get money moving for 7 months and I have this certificate. Even if you prepare it and send it to brunch, there is no noise! I was so angry that when I changed to a tysons brunch, I was able to move the money within that day. As much as I want to appeal, brunch here is the lowest! Worst !! Moth

Ms. Ramirez gave me excellent customer service but Frank Vincent is to be fired. Not friendly or professional at all. Told to go outside and wait while he stood around ignoring all the customers waiting. He is rude and lazy.

Awful service, tellers are extremely rude (they act sweet), zero value for customers.
