Bank of America (with Drive-thru services) Baron Cameron Ave, Reston

Despite coming in very close to closing time, we were still met with excellent and light-hearted service by Mustafa and we were able to get everything and more done very efficiently.

If I could give this bank zero stars, I would. Having an account with bank of america for the last ten years and before off and on would make you think they can help you professionally. I was charged 5 times for one pizza and when my balance withdrew the money, they claimed it was never there. I brought pictures of my original statement balance charges dated etc. All they would say is if their system showed it it must be true. They were furthermore rude, and patronizing when I asked if they could explain where the missing 100 dollars went as my wife and I woke up from working 2 jobs daily at 8am to come in 9am and discuss. They basically gave me a withdrawal slip and showed me to the bank nextdoor. They weren't concerned at all about my concerns. I am disappointed with my experience to the most.

After having my account for over 25 years the manager at this branch had me feeling ashamed of being affiliated with Bank of America. In my view every branch manager is a representation of the entire corporation. He is AWFUL. Had I never been into a Bank of America branch before, I would be conveying that Bank of America, the corporation, is lacking in the area of customer service. Any manager is a representation of any company. Based on my encounter, this manager debases the bank. Shocked and saddened at some point I saw that this branch had a very low rating. Now I see why. It is disappointing knowing that there are at least four people at this branch who do represent Bank of America--and more importantly themselves--well.

Been banking here for over a decade. Staff is knowledgeable and courteous. Never had to wait too long for anything, both at the drive-through or inside. Not sure why all the low stars. Great branch here.

A typical bank of america. Drive through is good, but once it didn't work. The bank itself is very good for the Hispanic and Latino people. Most of the clerks and associates speak Spanish language very well.

Staff at this branch are un-informed about the procedures. One of the RM at the branch asked me to wait after I informed my business. Then after waiting for 20 minutes the other staff asks me to fill a form without knowing what I was there for and after informing her my business she said we don't do that. So I guess the RMs at this branch are not aware of the procedures.

We could not be happier with the service we received. Mustafa al-Jacdooa was wonderfully helpful with our somewhat complicated banking transactions. He was patient, informative, and alert to our concerns about CoVid. An excellent representative of Bank of America.

The teller was great, she has great customer service.
