My under age daughter open an account instead of mailing her debit card to the correct address we gave them they nailed to an address we haven't lived at in about 7 years and every time we call the 800 number they give her a hard time when it was the branches fault for not putting the right address.....so not happy with citizens, she should have went to t.d banks

Often the staff at a physical place are the frontline employees who have to do their best with what they've got. This bank is an example of Citizens' Bank employees trying their hardest while limited by bank policy and support. The lack of support comes up in different ways. One of the ways is that, sometimes the ATM may malfunction and not read deposited checks right. While the process eventually gets settled, it can take 5 days, at least, to find some solution. If a robot uprising occurs, and the Citizens Bank ATMs are in charge of the robots, no one will have to worry. The strategy to defeat our robot overlords would be to deposit a few checks into the ATM, then you have at least five days to defeat them before anything is done. Those are criticisms on the ATMs, not the people working at the bank. If you want to delay the Citizens' Bank robot uprising even more, meaning you would like to not get the deposited check issue solved, call customer service on the phone. By calling customer service, the human behind that phone can tell you about how the ATM does not communicate with anyone, so it further extends the time needed to solve the problem. One of the only ways to solve this deposited check problem is to go speak to the employees working at a local branch. They will explain the policies and limitations that are placed on what they can do to help. If time is urgent, it may be difficult for them to find a solution. Be patient, but diligent, and remember, they are human, too. We are all in this together, it's just that some ATMs were never taught how to read (checks).

This branch has non existent customer service and treat you like your of low value, most likely because of the area. I will not go back to that location even though it's a few blocks from my house.

Good bank for general checking account/student accounts. Have come across panhandlers here at very late hours at the atm's, then again it is Providence.

This is the third time I cannot withdraw more than $1,000 out of my own money.

Teller in there never wants to do her job do yourself a favor and go to a different branch. Told us we couldn't do a simple check deposit unless we had the money in the bank to cover it just wanted to deposit it lol

Always friendly service here. No hassles. They can get a bit crowded but they give personal and friendly attention to every customer.

The WORST location in the worst bank around. Actually tried to call a dead lady to verify that she is dead!!!!!! Rude tellers and even ruder (if that's possible) "management" people!!!!!!

Unless you Hablo Espanol, they're rude and have zero customer service.
