Was looking for an online option to finance a small investment property, they have this DSCR product I've not seen from the national on line mortgage companies that was streamlined and super-easy to apply for which is something I think that sets them apart from other lenders. Slick technology platform and the assistance through the process was better than other on line platforms I've worked with - got out bid on this one but will be coming back for sure.

Easy Process- Great Communication We have been putting off applying for a cash out refinance simply because of the hassle with the whole mortgage loan process. Beeline is changing the game. The online application was easy and quick. From approval to closing was less than a month. Marlis was there from the start and would call or text us just to see if we had any questions about the process. He got ahead of any potential roadblocks so our loan process was free of the usual headaches. Thank you Beeline!

I took a chance with this company and regret it. Worst service, the lender could not honor what was initially agreed upon, the appraisal of my home came lower than expected, but they did not adjust the lender Credit that was agreed upon, the manager Drew said that he would do the needful and would take care of all my concerns, but he never even returned my phone calls. Marlis the loan officer was hard to reach, most of the times I had to call the general phone number and ask to be forwarded to him. There was a delay in documentation from my employer for employment verification and Makeabeeline was responsible for some of the delay, and they did not even request the loan payoff letter from my current lender on time and I had to follow up on that and for the delay that was caused due to both parties mistake, I was charged money to extend the rate lock period. I would not recommend this company to others.

Watch out with this company. This company is deceiving, Just requested to withdraw my application after representative Ethan misguided me through the whole process. They will play with words to confused you. I never intended to have a apply to a conventional loan, and after pulling my credit, they just came up with the news that I needed to provide more documents because it as a conventional loan. I 3 real estate companies, why would I want to apply for a loan under my personal name. What a waste of time!

The “tracker” function on their website allowed us to proactively keep track of what documents we had submitted and what was still outstanding. Very clear and transparent process and documentation. I'm not sure if I would recommend this company. I am towards the end on a cash out refi. Great communication in the beginning, but bare minimum to no communication after your pre-approval. Do not expect anyone to contact you on the process after the pre-approved. I am very familiar with the loan process with multiple investment properties over the course of 13 years. I typically use quicken loans and love that they close less than 30 days. Beeline was recommended as a easy smooth process no headache paperwork with quick close. In fact this has been the longest process I have ever experienced. Also not much cheaper than quicken loans like promised. Honestly, I want to speak with the CEO on why these promises are made and not delivered. It is very frustrating and discouraging. They keep asking for more paperwork and to find out they already have my paperwork, but maybe the underwriting doesn't know how to read business tax returns. I have excellent credit, tons of equity and a large emergency fund in cash reserves. I just don't understand why it is taking so long to close. I would love a call back explanation. So if you are looking for a smooth process lender, I would look elsewhere, because Beeline is not it. I wanted to love this company. Maybe just maybe they can change my mind with a simple call back and stop extending the loan process. I started this process before the holidays and we are coming into March. I hope this helps someone else choosing the right lender.

Excellent lender. Closing costs and interest rate were the lowest of all lenders compared. Process was very streamlined and both TJ and Abby were very responsive and worked diligently to get all info needed to close in timely manner. Closing was convenient and title company came to me.

Great experience with Beeline. We were able to close our loan in 35 days from contract to closing. Rosabelle was wonderful to work with and very responsive. Would definitely use Beeline in the future for another home purchase.

Beeline process was very slow despite promising a seamless online experience. The only way to get an answer was to contact someone. They gave an approval then denied. All of this after 1.5 months since beginning the application. I had a better online experience with Quicken.
