Spoke too soon.. the new debit card I was printed is useless. I called the 800 number and they said the branch deactivated the card. Very disappointing.

Worst experience ever at a Citizens bank. I have been a customer for 17 years. The teller made me feel like a criminal...scrutinizing my ID, saying my signature didnt match...my first and last name is long so it might look different on paper, .then laughing with the other teller about me. Very unprofessional!!!

This bank pretty much saved my life. I got a random phone call from Joe, one of the bankers here who asked me to come in to see if there were any financial improvements they could help me with. Up until that point I had tons of debt from various credit card companies. It was tough to pay them all foen due to the high interest rates. Joe was able to do a balance transfer, consolidate my debt to a new line of credit that was interest free for like a year and a half. Solved everything and I'm debt free due to a random phone call. Thanks citizens. Aside from this, all the tellers are extremely polite and pretty cute too. They always make a point to welcome the customer with a smile. Even when there are long lines they periodically say "thanks for your patience!" Which makes me a little less irritated that I'm stuck standing in line at the bank. Nothing but good things to say about this place!

Great customers service.....but the thing I don’t like is the long line and the manager don’t help her staff it all about teamwork. Yes you need to manager the bank when there is a long line......HELP!!!!!!

Should update hours .. Drive thru hours are suppose to be 8:30am waited for over 15 mins today and no one there.
