Citizens Bank Glendale Rd, Upper Darby

They need to be reported to the Pennsylvania financial institution on there behavior as a banking branch very very unprofessional. They don't answer phone and when somebody picks up they hang up or ask that u call back with out even getting your name or question now you tell me what bank does that!? The bank manager Santiago is a malicious liar and she will be held accountable for the stress that she cause on myself and my family. I'm going to file complaint concerning a very serious issue with this branch, if you looking to bank with them don't 🚩it will be the worst mistakes u made!!

They started off good than the service went down A had a good Custer service agent, she has since been promoted and is no longer in that office. Smh

The staff is always Awesome/ Gr8. They really make you feel like a Valued customer! If u see a line outside, wait..... the line moves EXTREMELY FAST

Worst customer service. I was waiting to close my safe deposit box. They had 5 tellers gossiping with each other and just one personal banking advisor. I asked them if any of those tellers can come and help me but they didn’t come and kept going with their gossip and laughter. Worst. Never go there

This is the worst bank I have ever seen. They don’t care about their customers and their behavior is also cheap.

Bad day. Had my wallet stolen. Fortunately I had my citizens bank card which I thought was also taken. Needed to charge phone or call citizens HQ to reactivate my citizens card. Branch refused to help in any way. Fortunately later I was able to get my phone recharged and get my citizens card reactivated or I would have been stranded. This branch is the worst

So slow everything just waite outside bank 100 degree temperature because of the staff slowing.

You should update the schedules on you web pages. I drove so far because on your web page it say that your drive through is open until 2pm on Saturdays and guess what? A piece of paper /sing on the window said something different. Its really annoying. Some people like me has to work on don't have time for your short schedules.

Watch out watch out!! If you use their parking lot someone is definitely watching it all the time. Even if you are a customer of the bank and use the cash machine then go even for a few minutes to get a coffee you will be TOWED! This is not good for customer relations!!!
