The staff there are the nicest. Tammy and Mario know their stuff and always help me with whatever problem. I accidentally tossed my credit card and they printed me out a new one on the spot. They know me and ask about my kids. It’s a chain bank but they make it feel local. Ive been with citizens coming up on a decade and it’s simple so I stay.

We transferred from a Citizens Bank in Boston where we had banked for more than 20 years. The staff has always been helpful. We got a mortgage through them and they worked hard to get it approved. Even though I don't go inside often, they always greet me by name.

Do not use this bank! Moved away from the area in December and still they have not closed my account- overdrawing me time and again due to service charges on an account that is no longer in use! Very poor customer service and very hard to get ahold of on the phone.
