I have banked here for many years and even worked here as a teller. They have high staff turnover .... different reasons for each which is bothersome (pay could be better). But it is a so much better than commercial banking. They will work with you with loans - both attaining and paying. They offer free credit counseling (at least did 10 yrs ago). And have a relaxing atmosphere in all branches. Hey, interest rates are lower than commercial banks.

Good bank. They know and remember you. However, if you use a debit card from there, you can't even download any apps, or update any apps even if it's free if your card is connected to your phone. If my card is below $5 it's basically useless cause it can't buy anything even if it is less than $5. It might just be my problem though.

Very pleasant experience every time I stop by, the atmosphere is relaxing and does not feel hectic, I never seem to wait in a line longer then 3-5 mins and at least 1 or more tellers will say Hi to acknowledge you are there.

Would do 0 stars if I could bought a truck through Dodge and still had 20 day plates on it and broke down needs 4500 in work n the bank said the most they could do was call the dealership and never called me back and mellisa the one I got my loan through isn't answering my phone calls or calling back when I leave a message wouldn't go through them again n they r gunna have my truck in the driveway before my next payment cause I have to replace a bad transmission that was torn out of it before the dealership sold it to me with a corroded fuse box n transmission dipstick tube not even bolted to the transmission

Helped me buy my first car super friendly!

I am basing this review off of their loans section, we bought a car through a bad dealer didn't own it a year and it died. We worked with Ryan to get into a safe car that runs really well. She went above and beyond to help us in this horrible situation!

Put more people at the drive-thru window. The lines are way too long.

Friendly and chill people and they will work with you

I don’t think anyone cares about customer service. For sure not over the phone. Sometimes in person they seem to. Hit and miss. I have been a member for some years now and it’s not changed. Lol!
