My non english speaking father went to them 3 different times asking to speak to me on the phone (to translate) and they refused. Now im calling them on the phone since i have work and no one picks up.

I go to this bank all the time. I’m always greeted when I enter the bank. The staff is very friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. I always get quick service when I go there. I wouldn’t bank anywhere else and I will recommend HSBC to my friends and family.

Only 2 people here. One teller on the day after a holiday weekend. Horrible customer service.

Wait time is outrageous on a regular basis. I went in today to make a deposit but then was notified that systems were down. Second time this month the "systems are down". I've been to other branches in Manhattan and Queens very satisfied with there service. This place needs and upgrade and new management.

Second time this month went to the atm around 7:30am and couldn’t make a withdrawal.. very inconvenient with this bank that I’ve been with for 17 plus years..I don’t go into the bank to do any kind of transaction anymore because they are very slow I would rather use the atm to do any transactions and even the atms certain features don’t work sometimes..thinking seriously of going with chase or Bank of America close by 👎
