I definitely love coming here. Everyone is so warm and friendly. The ATM inside is nice and secured. In order to access the ATM during closing hours, you have to slide your ATM card in order to get access to the inside ATM. Of course the bank is closed so.. no worries there, just the ATM for usage. I have had no problems with citibank yet and have been banking with them for over 4-5 years. Love it, and everytime I do call.. they are always saying "thanks for being a long-term customer" love that feeling.. lol

This bank is very anti customer service. Will not cash there checks unless you have an account. BS

I went to the bank this morning to apply for another card. I went inside, There was a banker standing and talking with another customer. I was sitting and waiting. She knew I was there but never bother to ask if I needed help. The conversation was continued on and on about life and kids. I eventually just walked away. This is not the first time I got treated like this at this particular branch.
