They are much better than any big bank out there- bar none. Their rates beat the big banks. Also, their approval guidelines were not as demanding as the big banks. And since they are leaner, they work much more quickly than those sloths. I can not emphasize enough how important this is, as there are grueling timelines in real estate transactions that must be met or the deal is dead.
