Let's just say that I tried opening an account here and the lady who was helping me literally sat there and thought of every way she could to talk me out of it. They made me feel like it wasn't worth it. Customer service should be trying to draw more people in, not do everything they can to convince them that it may not be a good idea. I hope that whoever it was, no longer works there. But you don't forget an experience like that.

The staff is very friendly and I have been a challenge to their patients at times. I have known this main tellers Lori and Debbie, and the progression of people on the desks has produced many promotions due to the good selection made the present staff is the reason that I use this branch the most.

Citibank allowed thousands to be stolen from multiple accounts via fraud zelle. FDIC insured my *ss I had to eat it all. Don’t trust your money with Citibank

Witnessed a teller being very rude to an elderly patron, Then was told that they don't have any cashiers checks at this location.. Pretty useless bank if you ask me, Also citibank loves service charges.. Every months be sure to look out for random charges on your account

I asked them to spot me 100 bucks until payday. They refused. Not right lol ....jk decent service depends who you get and what day it is, like anything else.

Customer service is terrible ! You seat and away for your turn while there is 4 different agents looking at their personal phone and only one of them is working . When I ask if someone else could help me the agent gave me an attitude and said I had to await longer . I felt like that only one agent that was working took longer to help the customer before me in the purpose because I was rushing . In other words … never was treated as bad !

We have been with Citibank for many years. We felt comfortable with them, The only downfall is that they are out of our reach. It's pretty close to my job but far from home . It's such an inconvenience. But the people there are friendly. At one time they were in the middle island Walmart, and before that they were EAB Bank, so that's how long I've been using them.

Walked in dealt with a bank manager, very disrespectful, unfamiliar with own job and nasty and rude. Had a meeting with my lawyer and the bank manager. People In the bank interrupted our meeting without physical facts. Completely horrible bank and horrible customer service. Enjoy your day.

Refused to cash my check. I work long hours and have very little time to cash my pay checks so somtimes i end up with two. I get paid evey other week so two checks are a month of pay i now despretly need so i go to a local branch near my home and they tell me the combined amount of six thousand dallors is over thier five thousand dallor limit and i'm to go somewhere else. Thanks selden new york branch ( mr feller) for really showing customer support. You could have atleast cashed one for me.

The staff is friendly, however, different staff member has different opinions on the same thing.
