Worse customer service ever. Bank Manager Ms. Sandoval never returns calls or emails. On the other hand Jeff was as helpful as he could be. Been with Citibank over 25 years and never had a problem with any other branch except this one. Someone needs to retrain their Manager on how to take care of loyal customers. Had to give one star cause there is not an option for zero.

If you think the branch is bad, wait til you have to call them. On hold today for over an hour. Can't be a worse bank.....do I have to give a star ?

This branch isnt friendly at all dont want to help people with account problems was going to open a additional account because we bank with Citi the lady said that we could open a account anywhere else they didnt have time to take care of us I explained we are truckers so its hard to get in here to open a account and no branches close to home evidently they don't care what about the customers at all very sad!

Banking with Citi for over 15 years, lately The quality is at cero, bank accounts with extra charges. They are hiring people to answer business account questions that can’t answer the questions or direct people to the right place. Absolutely bad

I get better customer service at truck stops than from the tellers and “bankers” at this branch. The managers are so wildly incompetent I literally had to argue with the man over facts. The most glaring was that Boston, Massachusetts is not in the state of New York as this manager claimed. He opened several bank accounts against my direct orders and did a number on my credit because he was too incompetent to listen to the client he just lost.

This branch is pathetic. Should be closed. Mr. Oliva did not take me in immediately, I got the appointment and went back again to him. Within 5 min he said there is something going on with my SSN and would not be able to open account for me. Being sure there is no problem, I just went to another branch straight and the account opening was a breeze with nothing wrong with my SSN. This branch is least interested and Mr Oliva seemed off all the time. Totally unprofessional and least bothered. This branch shouldn't exist and should be shut down if they do not respect others time. Mr. Oliva did not even respond back to my call or voicemail. Very unprofessional work Mr. Oliva.

I don't know why there's no employees at this branch! Go here if you want to stand in line for 30 minutes. One employee just walking around asking if she can help you at the ATM. I'm here for the company in work for. Why would I want to put my company's deposit in an ATM? Terrible!!

This company lies about policies to get customers to open accounts with them. Check deposits take much longer than they say, the cutomer service is beyond terrible, they refuse to resolve complaints, rather they give a eun around to their customers than actually trying to resolve any issues. Not advised to go here, also have an F RATING for BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU. Wish I would have seen that before opening my account. Hope to help others in advising to stay far away from this bank, always do research before opening accounts anywhere.

Not the best customer service. Of the two tellers available, one was not the easiest to communicate with, as well as not very helpful, and the other was friendly, but unable to assist, above the quoted "company guidelines", without seeking additional help from others, which there was no attempt to do. Prepare yourself, if in need of other than basic service.
