Unprofessional and incompetent. After using this guy for quite a few years, I had requested some help filing a tax return for a trust of which I am the trustee. Apparently Mr. Kimmey couldn't or wouldn't advise me on the correct procedure even though I submitted all the necessary paperwork to complete the form. I was totally willing to pay for the service. Rather than advise me he responded by email accusing me of not knowing "what the hell" I was doing and then putting me off for three months. Finally I had enough and told him if he didn't want my business to just say so. His reply was "probably, we don't like to get involved in our clients messes? Huh? Well Mr. Kimmey, you are fired for unprofessional conduct and incompetency.

Sometimes I wonder if I did not get the right advice at the right time, things would be so different for my family. I have worked for and enjoyed more than twenty six years at very successful major airline. The financial guidance and tax preparation services provided by Mike Kimmey and his staff is pure customer service at its finest. Mike has become a household name with us because of the trust he has earned throughout the years. His care, patience, and listening to our wants and needs as a family give us the direction we need to move forward in a sometimes tricky financial world. Mike and his people are all this and more!
