Patrick and his team were amazing to work with. He was a great communicator all along the home buying process. In the challenging market, we strongly believe Patrick was a main reason our offer was accepted on our new home. When the listing agent called him on a Sunday, he picked up the phone. He also sent a video on Churchill’s company on our behalf, so the sellers had faith in us and our lender. He kept us well informed along the way, and his team worked overtime to meet our closing deadline. He even gave me a phone check in the morning of closing to answer any last questions. We couldn’t have been more grateful for such a caring, honest team helping us. We would definitely recommend Patrick and team at Churchill Mortgage!

Bridget went above and beyond to make sure the process was well understood. Never did I feel like I was being pushed to buy or choose something, she always wanted to make sure I understood what was going on. The customer service was top notch, I could always reach out and get my questions answered no matter how silly they might have been at times. You can tell that the values at Churchill as well as those of their team members are pointed in direction of service and not making a profit. It felt nice for a change. Great experience. 10/10. Would highly recommend.

They need better communication and to speed up the process. When I first contacted them I got an immediate email response but then things went down hill from there. He didn’t call me at the scheduled time. I waited an extra hour and half then I called him and got a voicemail system. Left him a voicemail saying we were gonna go with someone else since we couldn’t seem to connect. Then I get a call a half hour later with an apology and he offered me $500 off closing costs. So I decided to give him another chance because I deemed it as probably being a one time communication issue. However the process dragged on with multiple missed Scheduled calls so I never spoke with him again over the phone. He missed a few emails from me as well. I then started messaging the whole team just to get my questions answered. The rest of the process we worked with different individuals which was a little easier. Still it was hard to know where we were at with the refinance approval cause of lack of communication. I kept having to ask where we were at and if they were working on it just to keep the process moving. Which I really didn’t want to do but I realized it would never get done if I didn’t send them another email every 2-3 weeks. The first month I tried to let them do their thing without pestering them but then I found out they hadn’t even looked at what I gave them yet. It took double or triple the time of an average refinance to complete it. By the end I was just glad we finished it. If I hadn’t have provided personal information in the beginning I probably would have given up and gone with another company after that first month. The whole process lasted from August to December. On the bright side it was a good deal we were offered and it did get done in the end. They did provide the $500 off closing costs as promised. So that’s why I give them a 3 star for getting me a good deal and finishing the job. They need to improve communication desperately though.

We had a terrible experience with Churchill. Communication simply didn't happen. Important details in the process were left out until the last minute on multiple occasions, causing our closing to be delayed multiple times. Seemed extremely disorganized. I would strongly recommend you take your business elsewhere.

Highly recommend Churchill, specifically Bridget Herman! My experience was made great by having full transparency and communication throughout the entire process. I also love the MortgageCoach app feature that made it very clear on my options and exact payments. I really enjoyed the Churchill app. Overall, Bridget was great, very clear and always available when I needed her.

Patrick and his team worked hard to make sure I could close despite some curve balls (not their fault). I felt they really put extra effort into getting my mortgaged closed even through difficulty. He remained positive, friendly, and professional the entire time.

Similar experience to other reviews. Patrick is very informative and helpful when you actually get a chance to talk to him. But it takes repeated emails, phone calls, and text messages to actually get someone to update you on your progress. There were repeated promises that something would take a few days, or be finished within 24 hours. But a week would go by without any follow-up. I had to pester them every single week to see where things were at and push them along in the process. Your team is great, just please stop making promises you are unable to keep. Be up front with customers about the timeline. It is very frustrating as a client to feel neglected and drag the process on weeks or months longer than it needs to be. Create deadlines that you intend to keep.
