Juan and the team were probably the best dealership staff we have ever dealt with! We walked in, shared what we wanted, and Juan showed us a few options that appealed to us. We fell in love with a 2019 Ram and they helped us reach a deal that worked well with our budget. They continue to follow up with us to make sure we are enjoying the truck and that makes us feel really great about the purchase. Definitely recommend coming here to find a truck! And ask for Juan! I've bought two vehicles from them, but regret giving them that business. My Ram truck was given to me without mats and no fuel, I had to go fill it up myself and when I submitted the receipt for reimbursement as the salesman said he would get me a check, nothing ever came of it. The collision office had another vehicle of mine in for repair only it was totaled. They let the insurance company take the vehicle off the lot without me ever giving permission to do so and now it is my problem to go get plates, personal belongings out of the vehicle from the auction lot. No one could give me any explanation as to why they let the towing company take my vehicle away. They just believed the tow company that it was okay. Never checked with the actual owner -- me! Simply incredible, and probably illegal. The manager won't call me back and was in a "meeting" when I was there and wanted to talk. There is zero remorse or apology and they will continue to operate this way because they are a large dealership with inventory. Don't minimize the negative reviews you see here. They will start to sound vary familiar if you get involved with this dealership on any level -- sales, service, collision. There's really nothing they do well or honestly.

Wish I could give zero stars. If you look at any of the reviews I’ve posted about other companies, I’ve only ever posted good reviews but people need to know about this company. Service department is rude and sketchy. Apparently nobody but your service advisor can tell you about the status of your vehicle. We are now almost through day 2 and even the manager can’t update me, he was going to have Luis call me. That was 4 hours ago. Really, though, someone should have called yesterday before they kept my truck overnight with no explanation. We have left messages but nobody is helping. Last time they had our truck they were also ridiculous but this time I’m finally done with them. We even bought both of our trucks there but they’ve lost a customer for life. Side note: the guys in parts department are nice.

Although my truck was there longer than anticipated, after reviewing the extensive diag and repair notes, I understand why. It was a lot. Louis is the best service manager I’ve ever dealt with and Michael is an extremely thorough mechanic. I feel I was treated extremely fairly and would recommend them to anyone needing diesel repairs.

Juan Ceron is the best! Super positive experience while purchasing my Dodge Rebel. He answered all questions and was able to get some nice touch up work for me at no extra cost. Was able to do everything with me over the phone and was very responsive and motivated. Must see if your looking for a Dodge.

NEVER use this if you’re from out of state. They overcharge out-of-staters like crazy in hopes that they sell their car instead of getting it fixed. Charging over $10,000 for a Simple $900 fix back home. Would not ever recommend. Hope this place goes out of business soon!

We ordered our Dodge Ram 3500 from this location, and although our initial sales associate, Sy, seemed competent he passed us along to work with Tylor for our special order and then was not communicative beyond the first experience. Tylor was careful to make certain our order was 100% correct. That said, our truck was delivered much sooner (within 4 months instead of the expected 9) and we had a seamless transaction with Brandon from the finance department. Additionally, we were passed along to Steffi Frenzel to review the features and controls of the truck. Steffi impressed us with her knowledge, organization, and overall presentation of the features of our vehicle. She followed up a couple of days later for additional questions and was both professional in every aspect of her communication and helpful by knowing what features required more explanation. We wanted to compliment her for her work in getting us on the road safely!

Was taken advantage of and sold a LEMON! Did not have a car for a year and have had THOUSANDS of dollars in repairs needed for a car that supposedly passed their inspection. NEVER buy a used car from these snakes.
I'm sorry you have had issues with your vehicle. Only new vehicles qualify as "lemons." The vehicle you bought was a 2011 Honda with 90,000 miles. Hondas are typically very reliable vehicles so we apologize that you have had troubles with yours. At some point, any 10-12 year old vehicle will need repairs. Again, our apologies this didn't work out!

Buyer Beware! I recently was in the market for a new vehicle as the one I had purchased I wasn't happy with. After locating a vehicle with Christophers Dodge World (2016 Mustang GT Premium) I traded in my car (2016 Outback 3.6R Limited) to them. I got hit very hard on my trade as they showed me that the vehicle had some major body work done which I was unaware of. They came up a little to move the Mustang which I guess had been sitting for a while. I took the vehicle in to my mechanic to have him inspect it as the car was modified. Mechanically the car was sound however I was told that the car had overs-pray on every body panel, indicating damage to the car which was not reflected on the CarFax. I then took it to a different car dealer and had it appraised for a second opinion. My $30k purchase came back as worth about $20k. The used car manager walked me through the car and showed me the over-spray on the panels and suggested I take it back to the dealer. I returned to Christophers Dodge World, showed them the problem and they offered to let me pick another car on the lot and they would buy back the Mustang. This however is where it went south. After looking for 3-4 hours at their inventory I wasn't able to find anything I liked in my budget. I was also informed that they would be trading my car back in for less than what I had paid for it (about $6k less). I was told that I wouldn't find a higher number anywhere else, essentially, take it or leave it. So I was stuck having to either pick a new car that I didn't like or keep the car that was now worth way less than what I paid for it. I ended up begrudgingly taking a new 2018 Charger SXT base model as it was the cheapest and I thought there wouldn't be anything wrong with it. This NEW car with 100 miles has a lovely little rattle in the dash and the fake plastic rims rattle like a pill bottle when I drive it, not to mention that when I removed them there is black paint all over the actual rims on the NEW car like they were put on and then spray painted while on the car. I'm now at least $6k upside on a NEW car that I hate paying $500 a month for a car that's worth about $21k. If you are going to buy from here, at least inspect every inch of the vehicle and make sure you take it to a reputable mechanic to have it looked at. If I were you, I would steer clear entirely.

I just recently purchased a used 2016 Chevrolet Silverado crew cab from this dealership. Long story short I search for around 6 months and was convinced that I was going to need to fly elsewhere since Colorado is so price gauging for 4X4's but to my surprise I found an awesomely priced truck in my own state, and could not be happier. The only negative thing I could say is the detail job could of been better, and the security wheel lock tool is missing. As for a recommendation I would strongly advise a shopper to start at Christopher's dodge first. But make sure to never stop negotiating a better price, even when you are talking about warranties.

I own a very well kept Ram 1500 that I love, but the transmission finally gave out after 10 years. They wiggled out of the lifetime warranty because I don't have receipts for the work I've done myself, even though I have kept a handwritten log. They have a completely unrealistic maintenance schedule that you would need to follow meticulously in order to keep the warranty valid.

At first, we were very excited to do business with Christopher Dodge after coming through a very difficult bankruptcy, however, we purchased our vehicle via the Internet and when it was delivered to us it was cold and icy out and the vehicle was very dirty so we asked if we could wash off all of the dirt and ice at a local car wash. Sure enough, we viewed the vehicle yet failed to closely look at the roof. Thinking everything was fine we proceeded to sign all of the paper work. An hour or two later after much closer inspection we discovered very extensive hail damage on the roof. We called the dealership and they denied that their was any hail damage so we sent them photos of the hail damage and they said since we signed the paper work and accepted the vehicle "as is" there was nothing they would be willing to do to resolve our concerns. We replied, "Your dealership said that there was "no hail damage on this vehicle"--they never revealed that there was any hail damage in their advertising either. This was an Internet deal and it seems reasonable that you would go the second mile with folks who entrusted their remote purchase to a professional business--this response is NOT professional even though it may be legal. It is unfortunate that you have chosen to treat new customers in this manner with no regard to excellent customer service! We understand what "as is" means, however, it does not infer that honesty and respect should be completely disregarded. Developing customer loyalty means earning customer trust as well--we now know where we stand with your dealership. It is regrettable, but we will not be doing business with you in the future and we will be sharing our experience with our family and friends (please be warned)."

I called Doug North on my way to another dealership just to check on inventory and incentives. Doug told me not to buy until I gave him a chance. I spent about 3 hours at the other store and couldn't make a deal I was happy with. I called Doug and told him I had left the other place and was heading his way if we could make the process real fast. I got there, looked at inventory and started working out the details. I ended up buying the perfect truck for me at a price I was very happy with.I didn't even have to fight to get it since Doug told the sales manager what I wanted to do. I bought my truck here in 2005 still have it. I always bring my truck in for oil changes only!, or recalls. (They're too expensive for any other kind of work,) but they do all point inspection. I brought my truck in for oil change about 5000 miles ago. drove to New Mexico, and back. the engine light came on, so I checked out the truck myself and found my air filter was so filthy that it wasn't getting any air flow. my truck was starving for air. I brought the air filter in, Jason didn't seem to care too much. Didn't offer to pay for the new air filter. I could be the least they could do. Jason said the guy wasn't working on the line, whatever that means. brought my truck in the day before yesterday oil changes have,they gone up $20 more. I don't think I'm going to be coming back, maybe somebody else has any suggestions where to go let me know?

Yeah I paid for two tire rotation to two oil changes came back to get the second one they wouldn't do it for me the first time they broke my glove box in my truck didn't replace it didn't say nothing I wouldn't recommend this place to no one way too expensive for oil changes for service. If you are not a dodge person you should be. The people at Christopher Dodge are courtesy, fun and fast. My son and I were just looking and Juan did not once make us feel like we didn't belong. This sells man made us feel like royalty the entire time we were there and he must have been helping at least two other groups. We felt like all of his attention was on us. He is the Don Juan. 😊 their prices are reasonable and we were in and out not like at some dealerships were you sit all day, waiting. It was an amazing car buying experience. I purchase a truck from Christopher Dodges World a few years ago. Because I purchased it there, I felt the need to always take my dodge back here to receive the proper service for my truck and would drive from about 18-20 miles to get there, coming from another city. Yes, I could have received service closer to my home, but wanted to give back to Christopher Dodges establishment. I have always thought very highly of this establishment and even sent several of my friends to purchase vehicles there. In all, I have been giving my business to this establishment for about 10 years. A few weeks ago, I needed service and was scheduled by Service Manager Jason who I have known for about 10 years. When I purchased my vehicle from Christopher's Dodge, Jason was not a manager, but a service tech. Jason was promoted awhile back at which time I congratulated him. When I took my truck in for service a few weeks ago leaving home at 6:00 a.m. ,allowing for travel time for my 7:00 a.m. appointmentat., I was told by Jason that I would have to leave the vehicle with him for a full day. Well, I left the vehicle at 7;00 a.m., and after not hearing from Jason at around 3:00 p.m., I returned to Christopher Dodges only to be told by Jason that my vehicle had not even been looked at because "they are busy." I asked Jason why no one called me with an update and he said that leaving the car at 7;00 a.m. does not mean he will call with updates at 3:00. I was so disappointed and just left with my car problem. Jason never called me to apologize so I called and left 4 messages for the current GM who has not called me back. I just want the public to know how Christopher Dodge treats loyal customers. Don't bother taking your vehicle here because they could care less about you and customer service stinks. Took my vehicle to another Dodge Dealership and was treated with respect and had excellent service which fixed the simple problem.

The car I was interested in was damaged they failed to mention that and it had more miles on it. They of course lowball the trade because all dealerships steal your trade. Phil is a pretty nice person but you must ask a lot of questions because they don't volunteer anything negative. I'm not saying they lie or anything they just paint the picture really Rosy until you get there. My advice, buy a new car from them but before you do... sell your old car and bring in cash for a down payment. Then fight like heck and Dicker for a good price.

As you walk into the service department the guy who works in the last office closest to parts with a beard (wouldn’t tell me his name of course) was extremely rude and condescending and I will make sure I tell all of my customers (I tow a lot of vehicles) to go across the street to AutoNation instead now.

So this was one of the worst experiences of trying to buy from a dealer I have ever had. The sales guy gave me a price for a van. Had him double check price and was ready to make a deal then came back from manager and marked it up $5k more than the list price was as were sitting there. I had let them know how they were taking advantage people by doing this and did not seem to care. Price gouging is a crime in my book and would tell everyone stay away from this place.

What the hell is wrong with these people. I receive a paper in the mail. It says it's from the USPS and this is my final notice to collect my package from the post office. Well considering I run a business out of my home and receive very important packages that are time sensitive, I rushed down to the post office to collect my urgent pak. I get there and the tracking number is fake, the urgent package is fake, the whole thing is fake. Its actually an advertisement scam to tell me that I am pre-qualified to get a loan at this dealership in golden that has a 3 star rating, known for ripping people off and selling them trash. I see why they have only 3 stars. Pulling stunts like this and all the bad reviews, I'm surprised they dont have only one star. So I call to talk to Tim Wilkins, the guys name that is all over of the inside on the paper, but it is not the dealerships number. Its an application number. The dealership number is no where to be found on the paper. I call and ask for Tim Wilkins and the lady on the other end of the phone has no idea who Tim is. Theres an opt out number and I call that but they want my social security number. Lol yea right. So I look up the dealership and call. Of course Tim is unavailable and the man on the phone has nothing to say about the situation. I asked to be removed off there mailing list and he says he will have Tim call me. Lol yea right. The sad part is I am actually look for a new car and would of probably checked out there dealership. But I see that they are in the business of discreet. What a waste of time. It's sad the level people stoop to.

Look I needed a reliable car it was late model with low miles so I could do ride sharing I'm an Uber driver but man don't waste my time okay . Do not try to come around in the worst car on the lot and try to push it off as some gem because you think I'm desperate. They both were wonderful to work with and neither one of them were pushy, which is something that I really appreciate. We were in and out with our new Dodge truck in under 2 hours. It was the most pleasant car buying experience I have ever had. I had phil as a salesman and he was great. I had Randy reed as a sales manager and he has now gone back on our deal. I bought a brand new 2021 dodge RAM 3500 and he said i could have a loaner car when i brought it back in for bed liner and to have the scratches and dent fixed that were in the truck when I bought it. No big deal so i brought the truck in for the bed liner and they gave me a rental vehicle, they forgot to schedule the scratches and dent. No big deal i will bring the truck back to be taken care of. Now he refuses to take my call and give me a rental vehicle. It would not be as big of a deal if i did not live in Parker which is an hour away. Again i appreciate Phil he has done an amazing job but when they need powers aka to follow up on their deal Randy reed does not follow through with his word.

Absolutely Horrible Experience! If I could give ZERO stars I would. Three words describe my experience with Chrisopher's Dodge Ram. Untrustworthy, bad customer service, and lying. Here is what I experienced. I purchased a 2018 F150 from Christopher Dodge. I am an out of town buyer from North Carolina. Upon arriving to the dealership from across the country. The Truck was everything promised. Unfortunately, the deal we had agreed on had "Suddenly" changed. I had spoken to the salesmen and had been given an "out the door" price with tax tag and title included in writing in which they had originally rebuked once I arrived and were attempting to charge me additional for. The salesmen initially denied that he gave such a statement, and I brought up the text messages with the salesmen and he had to speak with the sales manager to approve. Though this was approved, I found this extremely sketchy and this process took an hour. It gets worse. I am very unimpressed with the customer service I received from both the salesmen and the sales-manager named "Hi'. My truck later broke down on my way home. I called the dealership and told them the issue. Both wheel bearings had went out. They told me they would work with me to make this right. I had purchased an extended warranty on this vehicle and unfortunately the paperwork was not filed by the dealership yet. After speaking with the Extended Warranty representative, per their typical contract, this should have been covered by the dealership in the first 30days. I had the truck checked out by my local Ford dealership near my home as was recommended by another sales-manager and Larry "Service-Tech" (The only one who seemed to voice my concerns), in which they confirmed mechanical issues with the vehicle. The sales-manager "Hi", I spoke to from Christopher Dodge said he could not approve any work to be completed and now I am in limbo once again waiting on possible approval of work to be completed. Which to my knowledge, is contractually obligated to completed. I had explained that I am loosing money (Several Hundred Dollars a day) as my vehicle is part of my job which I can not currently do without the vehicle being in service, which is why I purchased the extended warranty. They said "You'll have to wait" (Hi - Salesmanager). Hopefully this sheds some insight in to who you are buying and signing a commitment with as a car dealership.

My husband and I purchased a new 1500 Dodge Ram from Christopher's Dodge this weekend. To my surprise it was a very pleasant experience. We worked with Juan Ceron who is professional, efficient and friendly. He had us fill out the financing agreement online the night before and had everything ready when we arrived at 9:30 the next morning. Juan and the finance manager had our transaction completed in under an hour.

Usually I don’t write reviews but today was in today shopping for a new car. I was shopping around when I saw one of your managers I believe his name was Randy, screaming at one of your employees in the showroom. It was really unsettling to see a manager scream at an employee like that as I work in retail myself and found it highly embarrassing for your company. I would not want to support a business that treats their employees so unfairly. I feel for the employee being yelled at as the manager stormed off after yelling like a child.

One of the best purchasing experiences I have ever had. Dominic Losasso went above and beyond helping us out. We are about an hour or so north of the dealership and he did a video walk around of the Armada we were interested in. This helped solidify that the vehicle was as stated before our drive down. We had financing secured before we arrived, but the dealership managed to beat the rate by a bit, so that helped. When we arrived, the vehicle was ready and waiting for test drive, and when we got back we finalized the deal. Price was shown on CarGurus, and was a great price. We opted to add service contract and Gap insurance at dealership. From time we arrived, to time we left in new vehicle was under 2 hours. None of the crazy back and forth, just a great price on a great vehicle. I cannot recommend Dominic or Christopher's Dodge Ram enough.

My spouse and I are were at Christopher Dodge for more than 5 hours trying to sign a deal for a new Dodge Durango. The deal was approved, we signed our contracts, and we drove off the lot with a new 2020 Dodge Durango. Then a month later they told us that we were having difficulty getting the loan approved which didn't make any sense because we were told that it was approved hence us signing our contracts and put a tremendous amount for a down payment towards the vehicle. We received two loan declination letters within the same month they told us they were having difficulty getting it approved with the bank. Yet again we signed contracts a month prior with the dealership because they told us it was approved. Then the dealership sent us ANOTHER contract via mail to sign which was approved still. Then two weeks after we have reviewed and signed the new contract, the bank needs our second payment in order to close the deal on the loan which shouldn’t have to do with closing the deal because that was the whole point of the down payment and the contract we signed. Nearly 45 days have passed and we are still not approved for the Durango after we had the car this long. This whole things seems shady and I would not waste my time with Christopher Dodge. They are worst than Larry H Miller!! I have told my coworkers at work not to buy a single car from Christopher Dodge or Larry H Miller as they will waste your time. Christopher Dodge calumniated this deal and its all bogus that they couldn’t fix anything on there side. So if you go to Christopher Dodge...good luck...as you might be approved but not really.....

I took my 3/4 ton Ram truck in because of a bad vibration. When I got it back they had not only diagnosed and fixed the vibration, but to my delight they also diagnosed and fixed my air conditioning problems related to minable air flow. The service department here is the worst I’ve been to. The first time we took our 2013 Dodge Durango to Christopher’s Dodge, we had a faulty lifter. It took them a a couple weeks to diagnose the issue and then another few weeks for the repair and I had to constantly call to check on the progress. We dealt with Ryan and he wasn’t the most customer friendly person. They ended up rebuilding the top of the engine which was covered by warranty. We had to take the Durango back a few weeks ago due to an issue with it being stuck in the 4Low gear, after having our transfer case replaced at a transmission shop because we did not want to be without a car for weeks.The transmission shop referred us to the dealership because they weren’t sure why it was stuck in gear and told us the dealership had to program something. We went back to Christopher’s dodge and again had to deal with Ryan. He advised us that the Powertrain Control Module did not need programming and he wasn’t sure what the issue was, but to leave the car for a few days and they would see what they could figure out. We asked if it would be covered under the same warranty claim as the transfer case since the vehicle was not repaired and he said he would see what he could do. After several days and a couple phone calls to the service department, Ryan finally called and let me know that the PCM needed to be replaced and it would not be covered under warranty, the service would cost over $720. Mind you we had just paid a $250 deductible for the transfer case only to get the car back in worse driving condition than before it was replaced. That was outside of our budget so we decided to pick the car up. When we picked the car up we were given a report outlining the issue as well as some other things that were recommended which included replacing 16 spark plugs which should have been replaced when they rebuilt the engine. The cost for the Drive Train Control Module, which was listed on the paperwork, not the PCM was $310 and labor was $412, which seemed excessive (turns out we were being overcharged on labor). We paid $155.95 for the diagnostics and were told the DTCM shorted out. There was no mention of what might have caused the short. We ended up taking the car to Brandon’s Dodge in Littleton for a second opinion. Turns out there was a problem with the motor in the transfer case that caused the short of the DTCM, since it was a faulty motor in the transfer case we had the car fixed at no cost to us since the warranty for the transfer case covered the repair. We also dropped the car off Monday night and picked it up Wednesday. If you need service go to Brandon’s Dodge, they are way more helpful and addressed the issue at the root of the problem.

Great experience. Could of been an awful experience considering my challenger crap out on me and i just happen to be 100 miles over my 100k 5 year warranty. The service department made me feel like they were sympathetic with my situation as if it was his own. Although being overwhelmed with cars they were able to fit my car in and diagnosed the problem fairly fast. The manager was awesome on periodically updating me throughout the day on exactly what was going on step by step. No funny business as I vetted potential symptoms and they where spot on. Recently purchased a 2017 Subaru with 39000 miles. Great people, friendly service, finance team will help you find the right vehicle for you. But I saw the tire pressure light was on and took it to discount tires found out that the front driver side was the only tire with tread left with a low 7/32”, none of the other tires match each other on the vehicle, and all the other tires had 3/32” which is extremely unsafe. When I called to see if they could put on tires that at least matched each other so I could have a safe vehicle they wanted me to purchase new ones. Would love to take this review down. Super bummed.

He was careful to explain many differences, did not make me feel rushed into a decision, and very informative. I ended up purchasing a new 2022 Laramie 1500 (night edition) and am in love. Tyler Torres managed the deal with extreme professionalism. He helped me work through the financing and had no problem catering many specific needs and requests I had. I was shocked how straightforward, honest, and overall smooth the entire buying process went. It is certainly a sellers market right now, but Tyler went out of his way to help me get the best deal possible which I am extremely thankful for. DO NOT USE the service department, the good reviews are for the sales side. Take your truck anywhere else, had the worst experience I've ever had here. They kept my truck for over a month to fix a recall with minimal updates unless I called in, always being told it should be ready by the end of the week. When I finally got my truck home, coolant spilled all over my driveway worse than before I brought it in. Once back in the shop I was informed I no longer qualified as a "recall" even though it was the same issue from when I brought in the first time and they quoted me $1,500 for the repair. Took the truck to my local mechanic, explained the situation, he took a look and there was a hose this dealership had left un-hooked causing the issue. Suffice to say re-connecting a hose that was left (purposely?) unclamped did not cost me $1,500 to fix.

Had a great experience with this dealership. I am from Utah but flew to Denver to pick up my car because they made me a better deal than any dealership in Utah. They knew that I had to drive home the same day so they had all the paperwork ready and it only took 15 minutes to get the keys and drive off. Fastest dealership experience i've ever had. Tylor Torres did a great job. He was very responsive and was able to work up the deal I wanted. They also went out of their way to have their Lot Manager, Danny, pick me up from the airport. Let me start out by saying that this could have easily been a 5 Star review, up until I received our truck!!! We live in Texas and found this truck from Christopher's Dodge for our 16 y/o son that fit all the wants that we wanted on the truck. Of course "Murphy's Law" was in full effect since we could not find one locally. I contacted them and asked via e-mail, text, and over the phone is there were any signs of dents/dings/scratches/curb rash on the wheels and if there was any signs of pets/cigarette smell/torn fabric/etc inside the truck. All three times the answer was no, it was a perfect vehicle and no issues. It is a 2014 Ram 1500 with 20K miles on it and also Ram Certified, so I felt they were telling me the truth. Plus the pictures looked great, but none were up very close. We agreed on a price, I had it shipped down, and was so excited to give it to our son until I started going over the inspection report with the car hauling company that delivered it. Now I was not expecting this to be a brand new truck with perfect paint. I can understand a couple small spots on the front due to debris from driving that maybe chipped the paint. Common things that happen and would be found on a vehicle that had 20K miles on it. But to find large dents under the rear window, on the roof, on both rear quarter panels, large 6 to 8 inch scratches that were filled in with some sharpie or paint pen, both wipers were toast, and multiple rock chips on the front windshield was not what I was expecting nor what I was promised!!! Plus I almost ran out of gas on the way to fill up!!! Then when I checked under he vehicle, it looks like they took off the running boards, as there were still a few bolts left hanging in the mounting holes. When I contacted them about all these issues, they responded that there was not enough profit built into the sale to fix anything. We all know that is BS!!! All I was asking was some help with fixing the dents! Not asking for a full paint job or to even make it look perfect. Just for like a PDR (Paintless Dent Removal) guy to pull them out. Maybe costing them a few hundred bucks!!! I was going to take care of all the other issues. I thought that was more than fair since I was completely lied to and promised a truck that was not suppose to have any of these issues. We use to live in the area where this dealership is located and plan to come back. I will be sure to let everyone I know and come across in the future, the experience I had...

Considering buying a vehicle, watch the price of the vehicle you look to purchase. For me they raised the price $4000 over the price on the vehicle on the internet. So I walked away from this dealership. Would not recommend them at all. $5000 markup doesn't make a vehicle worth buying.
Our dealership usually carries 300-350 new vehicles and we are currently down to below 50 new on the ground. If you are familiar at all with the current state of the industry you will find that most new vehicles are being sold at or above MSRP and that used car vehicle values are at all time highs. Some customers have traded in vehicles that were bought in the last year or two and are receiving trade in values higher than what they paid for them. COVID has certainly changed the dynamic of the automotive industry worldwide and the laws of supply and demand have dictated higher than normal selling prices across not only our industry but many others as well. Recently the price of lumber was up over 300 percent from where it was a year ago! We are sorry we could not earn your business this time around but hope to help you in the future.

The folks there are amazing! Our dodge ram suffered a broken drive shaft on hwy 70 about 10:00 PM. Even though the dealership was closed Jason was just leaving but stayed to help us fill out paperwork and then offered us a ride to a motel. Paul in service called in am and got everything lined out so we could have the truck repaired that same day! I can't speak highly enough about Christopher Dodge! They have a customer for life!

Service Dept used to be good, but now has some serious problems. Over the last year I've taken my Dodge Truck in twice complaining that my it swerves, feels loose, steering doesn't respond. I specifically asked them to check the tie rods, wheel bearings, suspension, etc. I'm going on long road trips, some requiring 4-wheel drive. "Yes, ma'am. It's fine ma'am. All is good ma'am". I finally took the truck elsewhere to get an alignment. They said that all parts were so loose and worn they couldn't do the alignment. All has to be replaced. Not to mention, I should have had an accident or failure by now. Who do you trust for good workmanship if not the Dealership? I won't be back.

I just recently purchased a used 2016 Chevrolet Silverado crew cab from this dealership. Long story short I search for around 6 months and was convinced that I was going to need to fly elsewhere since Colorado is so price gauging for 4X4's but to my surprise I found an awesomely priced truck in my own state, and could not be happier. The only negative thing I could say is the detail job could of been better, and the security wheel lock tool is missing. As for a recommendation I would strongly advise a shopper to start at Christopher's dodge first. But make sure to never stop negotiating a better price, even when you are talking about warranties.

I have both and 2016 and 2018 Dodge Rams I generally have excellent service, but I was pretty disappointed that on my 2018, I came in to change the oil and let them know that something isn't right with my passange seat. If someone is sitting in it and not wearing a seatbelt it doesn't alert me. I was over the warranty for it by 25miles. This happen before that point as I live almost 20 miles away and pretty much was told to bad so sad. I then asked will the airbag (a life safty issue) deploy if in an accident. I was told I needed to pay to have it diagnosed and then pay to have it fixed. I get it a warranty is there up to so many miles but really 25 over and 20 came from the drive in. I guess I was hoping for just better customer service. I own a company and offer a one year warranity on work we have done however, if I get a call at 14mo. I still go and make it right as it is the best way to have great customer relations. I would have understood if I was 100 miles over. We have another car from another dealership that when we took it in 87 miles past the warranty for something similar (life safety) they simply took the car in and told me what was wrong for free. I paid to fix the part but just to let to me what was wrong was free.

This was the worst experience of my life. I had a car in mind to look at, a Jeep Cherokee. I came in to test drive. When they brought the car around the rim was bent and the car was rusting away. So online doesn't show accurate pictures. I feel like this was a bait car. The salesman then said I can't sell this car to you because of the issues. They have a collision center on site. Why wasn't this fixed for this car? This already seemed off. I was with my family and told the salesman that I needed to talk to my family about what we wanted to do. Didn't know if I wanted to look at more cars or not. We already had bad feelings because of the Jeep. Even though I told the salesman I needed a minute to talk with my family he kept trying to push other cars to me. Cars I wasn't interested in. I had to tell him about 5 times that I needed a minute to talk it over with my family. He then left me alone to talk with my family. The salesman then proceeded to go grab a car for me to test drive. I didn't want to test drive anything else. I understand they were trying to make a sale but they overwhelmed my kids and I. Was not a good impression. Also only half the crew were wearing masks. So many people did not have a mask on. I'm a high risk person and so this made me uncomfortable as well. And the salesman needs to learn personal space. I kept having to step back because he was standing very close to me. Was not a good first experience for me.

I don’t really do reviews unless an experience was as bad as this one. Truly the worst “customer service” I’ve dealt with. Had to have my car towed here. After walking around the Service Center for 5 minutes, looking for a front desk or friendly face, I was met with avoiding glances and cold shoulders. Finally asking someone where exactly to go, I was told to walk into the garage and speak to one of the service guys. These guys were all in their glass/plastic box cubicles, completely ignoring me, with big signs on their doors saying “DO NOT ENTER OFFICES”, which I understand is a Covid-19 precaution but not exactly the welcome a customer expects. Eventually I asked one of the guys if he could help me. In 5 minutes he had the info he needed and I thought things would get better. Wrong. One week later they call and tell me the “problem” with the car and it’ll cost upwards of $1600 just to fix that “initial” problem. After getting the instinctive bad vibes I finally said no thanks and got the car towed to AutoNation across the street. These guys were more than friendly and welcoming at the start. They got my car scheduled right away and then they quoted me $1200 to fix the ACTUAL problem. They said the last guys who looked at this car (Christopher Dodge RAM), didn’t put it back together after looking at it and left electrical parts in the engine just unscrewed and a complete sloppy mess. They also told me the “problem” that Christopher Dodge RAM diagnosed was not remotely accurate and they were clearly trying to bamboozle me. I can’t stress enough, stay away from this place. It’s come down with a case of low morale among the employees and it’s clearly reflecting in its attitude and actions to the customer.

We were heading back to Utah on a family road trip when our back passenger quarter panel window shattered unexpectedly. Thankfully we were close to Christopher’s Dodge RAM dealership, because they were incredible. They were able to replace the window at a far lower cost than what Safelite wanted to charge us, and everyone we interacted with was kind, empathetic, and incredibly easy to work with. Only 2 hours passed from when the window broke to when we were back on the road with a brand new window. Thank you to everyone at the dealership who helped out!

I have never bin asked to have credit pulled to hold a used vehicle for under 24hrs until today. Sales manager is very unprofessional and it is very disappointing because they had a truck I was looking for and I even offered $500 over the phone to hold it until the next morning, and that wasn’t good enough either. This is what pushy dealerships do and most people fall for it. No point in having your credit pulled on a used vehicle without seeing it in person first. The sales staff was nice I have no complaints with that.

Let me begin by saying we are traveling on vacation from Illinois. We were traveling west Friday afternoon when my Ram 1500 broke down on highway 70. After contacting several dealers in the area and being told they wouldn't look at my truck until the middle of next week, I was able to speak with Ryan from Christopher's Dodge Ram. who was very helpful and said if you can get your truck towed here we will see what we can do Saturday. I was able to finally get towed and met the GM Darrin who also was supportive. Arriving back Saturday morning to Christopher's and waiting for the service department to open I met Rick the service manager who had me pull the truck in and began his job of analyzing the vehicle. Afterwards he explained the issues and made sure we were on the same page regarding the service and timing. A part was ordered and the work was completed. The team went above and beyond to get us back on the road. Although being from out of town, if I were to purchase another Ram I would definitely come back here. Had recall work on my 04 4door done along with a trans flush and tune up done. They did try selling me a new trans but I know better and that was before they opened it up buuttttttt they did the service in a timely fashion and its good as new. Paul who is head of service stays on top of things and let's you know whats going on, very knowledgeable guy. If you have to take to a dealer for special service or w.e I highly recommend them guys, just make sure you know whats up so you don't end up spending more than needed.

As the owner of this business I am aware of the situation. This particular customer was offended by an offer for a trade in. The customer flipped off our sales manager. The manager tried to keep calm and approached the customer to try and ease the situation. That is when the customer literally told our sales manager he was going to strangle him with the tie he had on. We will not tolerate that behavior and I have no problem kicking someone out of the store for acting like such a jerk.

I took my 2005 Dodge Dakota in because I had a #6 Cylinder misfire code. Thinking the dealer service department would be able to diagnose and repair was a mistake. After spending $800 for them to tell me that the exhaust rocker arm fell of and the exhaust valve was frozen, I needed a new engine for over $7,000 and they could not even guarantee that the new engine would be compatible with the PCU in the truck. I took the truck elsewhere and in 2 hours it was fixed. A lifter collapsed allowing the rocker arm to fall off. The leakdown test was perfect and the mechanic was surprised at the compression when he ran the compression test on the engine. I would not recommend taking a car to this dealer for repairs. Especially if it is not "new". The service that I received was less than stellar, the service tech was kind of snippy (and really didn't know what was going on with the truck). I was in the market for a new diesel to tow my fifth wheel.....I bought a GMC.

This review is a little late but bought my first truck from Kyle at Christopher’s Dodge at the end of June. I think I’ve bought close to 13 cars in my life and Kyle was probably the most honest, upfront, and hardest working (for me) sales rep I’ve encountered. I’m probably a slightly tough customer, was picky with what I was looking for, with a price point that was difficult to make work. In the end, he probably angered his boss a little but we got the deal done, they had a truck brought in from another dealer same day and took it home that night. Christopher’s dodge either incorrectly installed fuel injectors or installed a faulty new injector causing truck malfunction on our Dodge Ram 2500 truck. The day after Dodge installed all new injectors, we drove back to the service department, explaining that the truck was having issues. The service department reassured us that the truck was good to go and we would not have any issues on our upcoming trip. Two days after install, we broke down 4 hours into a 14 hour trip. Issue: faulty injector. Dodge refuses to cover expenses insisting that they are not covered under warranty. We were stuck in Kearney NE at Midway Dodge for 5 days awaiting service. Please think twice before you put your trust in Christopher’s Dodge Service Department and Dodge dealerships overall.

Just purchased a used 2010 Caravan from Denny Guest at Christopher's Dodge World in Golden, Colorado. I was impressed by Denny's caring attitude as we negotiated a price for the van I could live with. Of course there was the usual back and forth, but at the end of the process, everyone was satisfied. I didn't feel pressured to close the deal. In fact the negotiation process was quick compared to filling out all sales paper to close the all cash deal. The vehicle itself was in good condition and detailed nicely except for some greasy footprints left behind by the cleaning crew which I took care of with some grease cutting handy wipes. Previously a rental car, the van's floor mats were lost in the dim, distant past. I noted this to Denny and he stepped up and got some replacements for me. He went one step beyond what was required of him. Nice guy. I can definitely recommend Christopher's Dodge World as a good place to purchase a vehicle. Keep up the good work!

I believe we were there about 11 hours on a Saturday going over every vehicle in our price range, and not once did Doug complain or make us feel like we were wasting his time. We will be doing all our business here from now on! My only complaint was with whoever details the cars before being sent with the new owner. It was about an hour before closing so I'm sure they had to rush, but when i brought it to Dougs attention, he personally went out there and cleaned our truck! Great place, no surprises, prices on the website are the prices in the showroom and great selection of vehicles. Dominic in the internet department took good care of us. It was the smoothest, most no hassle buying experience I have done and at a great price. There were no extra attempted charges for scams like window etching, etc, no attempt to sell unneeded obscure warranties for tires, paint, seat coatings or whatever. All we were offered was a reasonably priced extended warranty.

When the wife and I bought our first truck at Christopher's we thought we were going to be life long clients but unfortunately this last time around Jim Kiernan managed to change our mind set. We were in a complicated situation but need it a new truck. He was of no help and you could tell he didn't even try by he's attitude. We tried with another salesman Kyle Howard, and it was the same issue. Since it wasn't an easy sale they just turened us down. Fortunately we went to Brandon Dodge and they were able to put us in a new 2020 Longhorn 2500 when Christopher's Dodge could only say there was nothing they could do.

Working with Christopher Dodge was a great experience. I initially went in and test drove a Ram 1500. Was impressed with the vehicle but wasn't ready to purchase. Hassan, the salesman who helped me was polite and very helpful. He printed up information I was interested in, shook my hand and let me leave without the typical pressure to buy. When I came back to look at vehicle again (which had since sold), he was very patient and worked hard to find exactly what I wanted. Long story short, he found the truck I wanted and we made the deal. I'd like to note that the entire vibe of this place place is relaxed and inviting, not my usual experience when looking for a new vehicle. Darrin was also very helpful and friendly as well. My wife and I found a used Jeep on the website for Christopher Dodge World. The post said the car had Bluetooth, no mention of missing floor mats and no mention of energize issues. When I called, the receptionist put me through to Doug, who said to come in and ask for him when we arrive. We got there and had to wait 10 to 15 min until another associate came name Jonah. Jonah was very kind and did his best to help us but when it came to the purchase of the car, we went from being helped to sitting and waiting with no answer or help for at least an hour. Jonah finally comes over and apologizes that they had thought Doug would finalize the offer. After another hour wait, they sat with us and went over numbers. They offered financing that was actually not available and made us have to pay more money monthly then we were led to believe. The finance guy would come out with totally different numbers. After 5 hours at the dealership, we get in the 2016 Jeep that we spent $30k on. We realize that after they took out the white paper and plastic from the floor, that there are no mats. Again, never mentioned. We come to find out the car does not have them. Also find out there is no Bluetooth. The engine light comes on while driving home. When we call Doug, he says it’s a simple sensor issue and will not be an issue. They tell my wife to go back to the dealership the following Monday to get it addressed. My wife is going to Grand Junction and needs the new car, so she goes on her off day to get the “simple” fix taken care of. Turns out that the issue is they need a new fuel pump and that the repair will take all day. My wife is forced to reschedule to Monday 6/29. She goes takes the car and is told they don’t have any shuttles due to COVID and that they will not give us a rental/courtesy vehicle or reimburse my wife the $60 she paid on her UBER. All in all, we got stuck with a car that was mis represented online in their post, as well as being left with adding Bluetooth, car mats and a blown front right speaker. Just to get us back to what a $30 k vehicle should be. You hear horror stories about car buying and now this was mine. Be careful when going to this place. As they are more willing to make excuses than get the job done.

I bought my wife a dodge durango from Tyler a few months ago and the experience was amazing I will continue to buy from Tyler personally. I wasn't even really seriously considering buying a new truck, but I came across superb pricing on some of the trucks on the Christopher's Dodge World website, chatted briefly with Matt Hopper online. I did have a trade-in, he gave him direct line to call at my leisure to give him information. I did and he requested I fill out a credit app on the website and it was easy as that. He then emailed me some quotes. We negotiated a few times back and forth on what I wanted for trade in and a few accessories on the new truck. The deal even got sweeter once I arrived, as I was able to acquire additional warranty coverage and after seeing my trade in, they gave me more $$$. The paperwork was all ready for me to sign. Matt showed me how all the bells and whistles operated on my truck, gave me a fuel voucher and off I went! BEST vehicle buying experience I've ever had!! A++++ in my book! In the last 3 days I purchased 2 used trucks, one for each of my kids as their first vehicles. On Wednesday we found one for my daughter and today, as we picked up her truck, my son found one that he liked. Each time we went to just browse their inventory and ended up finding the perfect truck that we couldn’t leave without. Hanlon O’Conner was our sales person and he was perfect! He had no problems communicating with any of us. He and the dealership went out of their way to accommodate our unique situation and they did it with ease. There are 8 Ram dealers within 50 miles of me, and I probably talked to 6 of them before talking to Kyle Howard at Christopher’s Dodge. From the start he was super easy to work with. He and Jason Seaberg were on top of all the details and I got exactly what I wanted. They were very responsive and the truck I ordered was delivered within a month. The paperwork was smooth and quick, including the closing paperwork with Brandon. The entire deal, including the trade-in, I felt was fair and I wouldn’t go anywhere else to buy another Ram or Dodge.

We worked with Justin Hemming and had a very pleasant experience with him. He was not pushy or over the top, he was down to earth and worked with us on price to where we felt comfortable we were getting a great price based on our own research (we didn’t have to deal with the excessive “let me talk to my manager” situations) but explained costs and why he couldn’t go lower than a certain price in ways that were reasonable as we also understood they are a business and need to make some money on the deal. Justin was very respectful and accommodating at the same time. We had our 2 young kids (1.5 and 3.5 Y.O.) with us and he was great with them and patient with us and the distractions young kids bring. The process was pretty fast and their financing division was extremely quick, much better than what we have experienced in the past. Their internal detailing could have been better as the car could have been detailed much better (we bought used so there are some expected exceptions but a little more time could have been sent on preparing the car for final sale) Nonetheless, a very good overall experience and would definitely recommend this dealership, especially Justin, to others.

I would rate this lower if I could. We walked in today to purchase a $65k truck and they acted like we were a complete inconvenience. Let alone, NOT 1 person was wearing a mask. The salesman told me the truck was being driven by his manager and I can’t buy it till he puts 4,000 miles on it. So we walked out.

Their service manager “Rick” is top of the tops in Customer Service. I’d give him 10 stars if I could. We were headed out to a much awaited camping vacation. Just outside Denver we broke down and had to be towed to Christopher Dodge Ram. Rick was incredible.. fitting us in.. keeping us informed.. checking on us.. and getting us back on the road and we didn’t have to cancel our vacation.

I had a great experience at Christopher's dodge world! It started before I even got there, Jason replied to my interest in a used car I found on Autotrader. The communication was quick and I headed down to check out the vehicle. He was very nice and sent me on a test drive. When I got back I let him know my concerns of the vehicle and he made sure to put together terms that worked for my needs. He was not high pressure and I really appreciate that type of customer service. This had to be the best experience I can remember having at a dealership. John Maes was amazing. I had a bankruptcy discharged in January came in and he got me in a 2018 Nissan. He was real, relatable and professional. He is a great car salesman. Ask for him if you visit and he will do all he can to get you in a new car.

Kyle and his team were awesome. We looked at cars in Longmont before we bought from Christopher Dodge. We immediately appreciated the way Kyle treated us from the start. They gave us the lowest price possible on a Hellcat red-eye from the start. No high pressure or uncomfortable environment from the start. We did all of our paperwork over the phone and went in to sign an pick up our red-eye. It was a seamless transaction that took less than a couple hours.
