My parents purchased out a home through security national and our lender was Christiane Busch. She was exceptional. From beginning to end she told us about the process. Before she even ran credit she advised what was needed to be approved for a home loan. From credit score to down payment, to interest rates to debt to income ratio. She broke everything down for us, so they would be no surprises. We explained our situation and she told us what we needed to work on. We did exactly what she told us and finally it was time to pull credit. And we got pre approved started working with a great realtor Yoana and she was great as well. Found our home and the 2nd phase began. Chris held our hand the entire way and checked in with us regarding updates often. We were never left guessing what was happening next. She always let us know what the next step was going to be. And finally the news we’ve been waiting for clear to close. 👏 Her professionalism and honesty lead us to the closing table. She was all in with me from the start, even when I had given up, she reached out to me and encouraged me to keep trying. I Saw and I felt I wasn't just a number to her. She is super sweet, transparent, and a person that works to figure out a way to get things to work. Christiane is a wonderful mortgage consultant/loan officer to work with! I had an easy time going through the home buying process, and each time I reached out to her, my questions were always answered and explained in the best possible way. If you are looking for a stress free buying experience, I would recommend using Chris at Fairway. She went above and beyond during the mortgage process, reached out constantly to give me updates, and I always felt like I was in the loop. I could send her a text or email whenever I was too busy to be on a call, and she’d have a response back very quickly! There was not a time during this process where I felt lost or in limbo.
