I went inside this location today and was greeted by no one so I walked over to the teller who pointed out the notary. The service manager/notary who is supposed to check in and greet customers I presume, was busy talking to a customer that was already being assisted in an office by a personal banker. When that client was finished and left, the service manager actually followed the customer outside and stood outside the door talking for another 5-7 minutes! Meanwhile I’m standing there without so much as a hello. Finally a teller came from behind the counter and said let me go outside and get him (good for you sir). While waiting I called Truist, drove 3 minutes down the road, and was quickly taken care of. BOA your focus should be on what’s going on inside the branch, not fraternizing outside. The man was finished and left!!! I’ve been a customer nearly 30 years. Do better!

Location seems to be closed but there’s no notice on the door. The doors were locked every time I stopped by and other customers were confused as well. Please remove the hours of operation from the door and replace with temporarily closed. Customers should not have to go to a website to find this out. This is bad customer service.

    Response from the owner

Hi, We apologize for the inconvenience. You can visit https://locators.bankofamerica.com/ to find all the latest updates and hours of all our locations. ^sam

Always have one cashier!!! Tdy they said one cashier called off sick... closed for half hour for lunch. Need to hire extra people. I have noticed It's been one year, only one cashier working.

This branch has been closed for several months due to COVID. There was no notification sent to customers with Safe Deposit Boxes at this branch. I only found out when I went to the site and needed urgent access - a small letter sized piece of paper is taped to the door with instructions to email Bank of America (apparently they say they will get back to you in 2 business days to make an appointment). I have also called the branch main number but there is no voice greeting alerting a caller that the branch is closed and what alternate processes are needed to access a box. Horrible customer communication. Alternately, I received excellent customer service at the branch on Hwy 41 in Cartersville and I can't wait to get my belongings out of the Governor's Club branch location and move them elsewhere.

Why does nobody answer the phone here? I've called MULTIPLE times and can't get anyone to ever answer. Hrmm...it would seem to me that you don't want to talk to your customers of 20+ years. When a customer calls - it's an OPPORTUNITY to do business - not ignore them. You seriously need some new management if this is the best you can do.

    Response from the owner

I’m a Daca recipient and was disappointment on the treatment they gave me they tell me that my Social Security was not an issue and my father was not able to add me to his account I gave them everything they needed in order to verify the information My license, s.s, debit card but still didn’t assist me. they Also started telling me that my credit was so low that I had issues with other banks which is incorrect because I have a good credit and I do have my own bank accounts and have never had any issues with other banks but this one all the time asking for extra stuff They are so rude and never help you out they just give you the runaround. Bank with others if possible.

I came in for an auto loan, I was greeted by whom I'm guessing is the manager. He went into the back for a while and it looked like they were understaffed. He came back out and then took care of everyone who came after I did even though he knew I was next. Very unprofessional and rude.

[Issue: Stolen Debit Card.] This branch handled my needs in an efficient and professional manner. Yes, I had to wait for a representative, however, the teller behind the counter fielded all my questions and directed me to the first available representative. Once my issue was resolved, they offered me additional information and solutions. I could not ask for anything else from my visit to the bank. I should state, we do the online banking account, and technically are not supposed to go inside the bank for transactions. This technicality never came up, they treated me as a "loyal customer," and exceeded all my expectations.

I went to cash out and deposit a check, just as I do every Saturday. Besides saying they couldn't do it, they were extremely rude. mostly a bank employee named Chris. I drove to another Bank of America branch and immediately made my deposit withdrawal with no problem!
