Admittedly, State Farm took full advantage of my desperately needing car insurance. I was charged insane prices for car insurance, upwards of $170ish for basic coverage. Though the financial strain was tremendous, Mrs. Susan and Mr. Pettis have worked with me through many hard times and my bill is now down to less than $50. The best way to word how i feel, with Chris Pettis and his staff, i feel as if loyalty is still rewarded. Though nobody enjoys paying bills, i do enjoy my interactions with Mr. Pettis and his staff. I now look forward to my time spent with them.

I have been a client of this office for more than 30 years. My father and my son are also clients. Even after moving from the Ellenwood area almost 20 years ago I have maintained my business with this office. Everyone is very friendly and easy to work with. My main point of contact is with Susan Steele. She is always very helpful and responsive to my questions and concerns. I would recommend Chris and his team to anyone with insurance needs.

Didn't think I'd ever find myself reviewing an insurance company, but here we are. After trying to Google and figure out the kind of policy I needed for my new car, I was horrendously confused, so I eventually found Chris Pettis's office and scheduled a time to come in. The entire staff was very friendly and welcomed me in. When we finally got to talking about my auto policy, they cleared up a lot of stuff for me and even explained why the stuff I was looking at online was just a waste of money, and instead explained what things I really should/shouldn't have for my policy. They knew I was clueless, but rather than squeezing more money out of me for a better commission, they were honestly trying to get me the policy that made the most sense for me. Walked in completely confused and left satisfied!
