We had been warned that our VA loan would be a hard and arduous process but we were pleasantly surprised at the accuracy and punctuality of the process. We were ready for closing way before the home was even finished. The way that they all stayed in contact with us and let us know every step of the way what to expect made us feel as though we truly were working with partners that were looking out for our best interest. BEWARE. Even though they offer FHA lending they wont approve anything lower than a 620 credit score. FHA requirments is only 580 . I wouldnt go with this company . Obviously sharks who have no empathy for modern day lower income families needs or expectations . Very sad to see . Spoke to 4 lenders today they were by far the most strict .
