Dearborn Chief Financial Credit Union is a first class banking institution. I have been a member for over 40 years. They are very sensitive to the needs of the members. They go the extra mile to make sure your needs are met. The staff is excellent in my opinion. They take time with the seniors. And explain to you, if you have any questions.

my experience at Chief Financial Credit Union today was wonderful. I apply for a loan wasn't sure that I was going to get it. but I applied with hope. Mary the loan officer called me ask me a few questions and I went in to see her. she told me there was hope let's apply for the loan let's run a credit check and I need a bank statement she said. which I was able to pull up on her computer which you helped me out a lot. less than 30 minutes I had the loan that I needed to pay my property tax. Mary thank you for taking the time with me and explaining everything in details. and Chief Financial Credit Union just keep helping the people because that's what you do help people.

I advise you to find a new bank. Bank glitches happen and you have to still pay for them. You talk to several people and they say they will fix it and don't. Why would they . They already have your money smh

They are the best! The staff here is so friendly and treats every member as though they know them personally. Urgency with me is key and even more so with this bank. I can go on and on about their professionalism and the way they go above and beyond just simply being bank tellers. Plenty of programs and incentives to take advantage of with bank and because of them I’ve never paid a late fee or had an overdraft on either of my accounts, as well as bonuses and atm fee return every month. All these things combined literally results in money in the bank.

I got my Auto loan with Lilly Singh. What an incredible experience. I was in a hurry to get the loan as I had to return my leased vehicle. I called them up and Lilly managed everything over the phone. She even sent the check overnight to lease bank. Painless, hassle free, wonderful experience. Always a great experience when I come in to the Dearborn Branch. The staff here is terrific! All the employees in Dearborn are friendly, knowledgeable and take the time to help you. You can tell when a branch has strong management, because it reflects in their team. The Branch Manager Fatima is wonderful, truly one of a kind! Always comes out of her office to greet me with a warm and welcoming smile, making me feel more like family than just a customer. Amanda also deserves a special shoutout! I've went to my credit union and never got bad service. I'd have no problem saying it trust me with that. I kinda needed a little more attention than usual. And everything went smooth as could be. Yeah I left there feeling pretty good today. Very good service. And thanks Taresa smith I really needed that extra help today.
