On the positive side...Willing to take on my commercial loan application where others would not. Courteous reps. On the negative side...Required a $3,500 deposit up-front just to process the loan which I got to them within 24 hrs. However, when I later cancelled the loan request due to ultimately unfavorable terms, and after several e-mails asking what the hold-up was, it took them over 3 weeks to return the unused portion of my deposit. I requested contact from the big bosses to explain the delay but they never contacted me. They must have been too busy to talk to a little business man like me. All I can say is....be careful.
