Outside drive up machines are a hit or miss if they work

What the heck is wrong with this branch? They put computers for self serve kind of transactions but you have to have your card, they basically do the things you can do at am atm. What is the point? At least put the ones like bank of america where you can connect to a live chat with someone and you can do more than atm transactions. My mom went in and the two ladies at a stand up desk both left the room to go on the back when she walked in. She had to wait until they came out a few minutes later and they made it seem like her check deposit was a burden on them. Have been banking with chase for a while now but this branch is just no good.

Very friendly and helpful service. We're never disappointed.

highly suggest going to another location altogether. they provide minimal assistance if any. they don't seem like they want to help you out when the only real reason you'd have to come in us for actual assistance. the one positive here is probably the ample parking lot because of the shopping center but other than that, save your time and money by going elsewhere.
