I came from out of state as a FSBO customer and I can not recommend Cherry Creek Title enough! From their guidance on their website for the Colorado real estate contract through closing day, they were helpful and insightful. They provided guidance quickly whenever asked and were proactive in working with both me and the sellers to make sure closing happened as smoothly as possible. I primarily worked with Chris and I cant recommend him enough! They scored a customer for life through me and I can't wait to close with them again!

They went above and beyond what any title company that I have ever worked with. Specifically, Mike and Sandy treated me like family and truly took over my situation that was a complete disaster during the recovery and sale of my condo. Sandy was by my side from the very beginning to help communicate with the HOA and property management company. She was truly my voice when the HOA didn't even want to discuss possible solutions. Sandy met with the HOA and property management company numerous times to clear up issues that arose during the process and resolved a very bleak situation. At the end, the HOA followed up with Thank You notes and gifts to show their appreciation as well. Finally, the owner Mike went way out of his way to accommodate a very challenging closing by closing the transaction himself after hours at his private residence.
