Not very friendly tellers. They aren't rude but it seems like every time I'm there (drive through) they never say "hi" or anything, just grab the stuff and walk to their station/desk. My average wait for a deposit is 5-8 minutes. Sometimes shorter, sometimes longer. Then I hear "Is there anything else I can help you with?". I guess for a small town I would expect friendlier tellers. They aren't all this way. There is one teller who is very friendly and helpful, her first name is Brittney. I hope they get more tellers like her.

The people are nice and very good service.

This bank is a joke I go out of my way to Houghton lake every week because the worker their are rude. And cant seem to do their jobs.

This place is a joke. Slowest drive thru I've ever been in. Plus the workers are not friendly. You would be better off banking at Members First credit union. They are friendlier and more helpful. Seems like they actually care about their customers and want to help

Chemical bank used to be good on it's own until TCF took over. Hostile takeover, debit cards are far cheaper made than they were with plain chemical. If you can avoid what will become TCF bank.

I've been banking at Chemical bank since 2001. The staff has always been kind and professional. On more than one occasion the tellers have gone out of their way to help.

Terrible bank. People are very unhelpful and could care less about customers. Are not willing to help people out at all either. Wouldn't recommend it to anyone
