They want to take up as much time as possible,talk rude; to you, they don't have cash so they insist you put it on a card that charges you even if you sign up to pay monthly to avoid some of the charges. When you ask questions, it's like it's offensive to them! Don't go here! Go to Ace on Harvard or anywhere but here!

Bad customer service when I went in to cash my check no other customers were in the store but every customer that came In after me was took care of before I was I was in there for 30 mind just trying to cash my paycheck. Verry rude n unprofessional

There Is a young lady that works in the Afternoon Shift and she always Denied the Service of loan and don't want to give you the service that you need

I'm contractor and with the way they verify checks and put my customers through the wringer is not cool they're rude and disrespectful and they talk to my customers mean as the contractor people don't want to deal with that
