Just choose another location or company altogether. The gentleman who I ended up with was not helpful at all. He kept pushing a title loan after I repeatedly told him I didn't have a car. He also neglected to tell me there were ceratin documents for income and identity verification that I had in my possession right then and could have used to secure the payday loan I so desperately needed.

Received great customer service from Indy (sorry if completely butchered your name) but she was super friendly and helpful

So the very day my regular CheckSmart (35th Peoria) closed permanently, I already begin to have problems with this location. I have been the user of the Insight card for several years and have used this location back when it was 24 hrs. Never did they ever tell me they would not be able to load money to my card beyond a certain time. Well tonight, they did. I went it just after 9pm. Was trying to load money to cover bills coming off my card overnight, and was told that it would not be possible until the next day. The (very rude and impolite) girl (who gave me a lot of attitude), blatantly lied to me. I objected her claims and low and behold, after standing my ground and insisting I've loaded my card, regardless of what time it is, she told me she would finally load money to my card for me. Even though, she CLAIMED that doing so and helping me would get her in trouble for doing it past 9pm. REALLY? REALLY!!? What happened to the WONDERFUL and HELPFUL staff from my old 35th and Peoria location go? I was told they would be moved to this location, but did not see one familiar, friendly face. BRING BACK the 35th and Peoria staff.... They KNEW how to handle and take care of customers. If this location continues with its current practices it will end up out of business sooner than later. I am very well networked in the valley and since the poor service I received today, I will be sure to let everyone I know who may make use of their type of services, I will be sure to send them to another brand of franchise, because this one is continually lacking and on the decline, clearly. Please feel free to reach out to me to remedy this review... IF YOU give a damned for the well being of your business and it's future success in the valley.

I guess they decide who they want to do business with . Went there for western union services and worker always has an excuse for the money not being there and sometimes will not attempt to look in their system and try and yet another checksmart I go to has no problem locating it and giving me the money that was sent to me .

Complete waste of time. Drove all the way over there to find they couldn't cash my check and that they are just as expensive as everyone else. I especially hate the fact that they are not direct about the check cashing they make you drive all the way over there for your disappointment.

I went there to get a loan and this person did nit know what they were doing. Kept asking me for the same paperwork over and over again. Didnt know how to verify my employment. I was in there for over an hour I got frustrated and left. Hire people that know what they are doing.

I just paid off my loan with this company and I wanted to share my experience. Although my experience was, for the most part fine, my negative feedback is for the payment side of things. I went to the location on 32nd street and Thomas to pay off my loan the other day. The lady explained that if I wanted to use my debit card they were going to charge a 2.5% fee. She said I needed to come back with cash. I ended up going to the location on northern and 35th ave the next day. I spoke to Zaray who was very nice. She let me know that if you pay online there is no fee. She was very professional. If you do end up going with this company, do not waste your time with Thomas and 32nd st. Just go to Northern and 35th ave. They are so much nicer.

Customer service is terrible and even though they can not offer you what you ask they should not turn their backs on you and leave you at the counter making you feel silly. The lady who took care of me was very disrespectful and if she doesn't know how to work with customers, she must look for another job .

They are easy to get along with. Didn't offer all I wanted, but did what they could.

Mika was great very professional, very friendly and fast. Great customer service. She deserves a raise .
