Not helpful or knowledgeable on what they offer customers. Scam from the start. Ladies behind the window need to be educated. They have you sign papers then just keep calling daily saying you owe them more and more. Then when you go to the location with what they asked they tell you its more. Why bother me if you cant even tell me the straight truth. If i could do negative ratings i would. If i was informed of the full offer i never would of signed a single thing. I would of walked out. I will go out of my way to deter any other customers from this business. Horrible experience and even more horrendous customer service

Nightmare. Lied point blank that they needed my social security and photo for the check, had me sign point of sale-- then refused to cash. When I pressed, threatened to call the cops.

Poor service. Crappy people! They seem to have lack of Common Sense

I had to get a check cashed it was a personal check I couldn't find anywhere to cash it at the bank when you cash in what do you know there Comes This CheckSmart place to the rescue and filling my pocket with good old green that I work for. They found out what the problem was on their own time called me back got it all together put it all together in a bag put the info together got the evidence got it together and got my check cashed. They also will give you a loan

They always help me when nobody else will. Love this place and the service it provides. The employees are so nice !
