My name is BRYAN VAZQUEZ, owner of BRUTEFORCE NFE CLOTHING COMPANY. Just a few hours ago i arrived at checksmart for a vehicle title loan on 1 of my 3 vehicles i currently own. There is a Blonde long haired Hispanic woman, as i am a hispanic man, around her 40's sje was very rude and disrespectful about her services which made me ask for my car title in return because of her disrespectful yet UNPROFESSIONAL service. She mentioned i needed My Certiciface of Business ownership which i have at home given the fact i was at the Checksmart i did Not have it. So i called my wife and asked for it, but as i was on the ohone call the Checksmart Worker spoke over me on the phone saying, "THEAT WOMAN YOUR SPEAKING TO HAS NO IMPORTANCE IN OUR CONVERSATION" So yes indeed i lost it a bit but didnt disrespect. I clearly stated to the Woman " i am speaking to the mother of my chldren, amd she has my Business Ownership Certificate , amd was calling to see if she could retrieve it" then the woman said "ph im sorry i didnt onow". I may not be the brightest, but i old fashioned and i know whem someone is being DISRESPECTFUL, AND OR DISRESPECTING my loved ones. And the fact that the Woman did EXACTLY JUST THAT, i now as a small Business owner am forced to leave this Terrible review about an employee hire by the company CHECKSMART on 75th ave and Indian School phoenix Arizona. I believe nobody on the planet should deserve such terrible customer service ESPECIALLY when they are coming to a business for THAT SPECIFIC businesses SERVICES. Anytime i received a call or inquiry for my company i give the UPMOST respectfull service i can possible give, and since i yes was expecting the same and didnt but not only that the EMPLOYEE disrespected the Mother Of My Children on the phone. I would trully appreciate it if Management to this specific location would contact me due to the fact that i trully do NOT want continue typing the rest of my EXTREMELY UNPROFFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE.THANK YOU AND I HOPE EVERYONE HAS A LOVELY DAY. #BRUTEFORCENFE

Mabel was great. She was very patient and helpful. I had previously gone to another checksmart and they were really rude and did not help me. Would definitely be sending my friends to her

I usually never have a problem when I go here but my last visit here was horrible. Irma was the person who helped me and she was so rude. She didn't greet me, she had the worst look on her face and she was talking to me like if I was 10 yrs old. And when returning my ID and giving me my receipt she thru it under the window and it almost fell on the floor I was so unhappy that I waited for another representative to help me with my other transactions.

This place has the rudest people that work here. There is a female in there by the name of "V" as she rudely told me,which I find very unprofessional by the way, she gives a lot of silent ques of rudeness towards me on a random consistent basis and one example being that she rudely throws my ID back at me. I don't like that. Also there is a young bald male in there that went through a abundant amount of personal questions that was none of his business. This place is full unprofessional children that work here that approach hard working adults such as myself as ignorant fools. They have no respect nor do they practice consistent satisfaction of good and fair treatment as a whole to everyone that chooses this horrible place as a place to do and take care of business. Don't waste your time coming to this place. I frown on bad customer service. Just go to PLS, they are more friendly there.

Irma is very professional, very good, and very polite. She goes beyond to assist her customers. She is a great asset to the Checkmate Association.

Had a great experience other places were not helping me with my western union. Girl with glasses was very nice and friendly. She helped me get my send and I was able to get an insurance quote they do insurance in same office.

Giving only 1star, thieves are who this company employs. Visited this location on Thursday the 14th & when I got home, noticed my son didn’t have his Nintendo 2DS, store was closed,too late to call, so I called the next day for them to tell me nobody saw it or turned it in, we were the last people in the store during our visit. Dishonest people working for a dishonest company, stealing from a 4 year old. Very upset. We just really want the 2DS, blue. I have pictures. Offering a small reward too, if anyone can please just return his game by emailing me.

I was looking for a place that offers free money orders, this place came up.. they aren't free, but still affordable. $1. Was quick, Irma was friendly and communicative. I was in and out.
