This entire business model is evil. Payday lenders are evil. Want to win with money? Don’t use a payday lender that is going to steal your hard earned money. Be responsible and don’t get in the position to need one of these places. Take that money you would have lost to them, and get a financial advisor in your corner.

I needed few bucks to make it 'til payday, stopped into the CheckSmart on 42 as a first time borrower and was in and out within 20 minutes with $100 cash in hand. It couldn't have gone any smoother and if you're in need of cash fast I feel $118 for $100 with 15 days to pay is a great deal. Anyone who thinks otherwise needs to remember the day and age that we're living in isn't cheap from any aspect.! Anyway, thanks for helping me out., I'll be sure to return next time I'm in a bind.

I've needed to go here a few times over the last year, the employees have always been super nice! However I was in recently and they hired some new people who are mean and rude. I like the people who have worked there for awhile. They deserve a BIG raise just for being friendly

Quick service they had me in and out fast. Unlike most payday places they were genuinely nice people which was refreshing. Id recommend this location to anyone

I called and asked what I needed for a loan. After they said I had to have a checking acct bc I only had a savings acct I went and opened a checking acct. I then took my paperwork up to their office to get my loan for them to tell me, oh come back in a couple of weeks after you have some activity on your account.

The lady's who work here are awesome. They are patient and very fast at the process. I have been going to cash smart for a while now, and. It is a great place. Of course it sucks to pay so much interest but that's how it goes.

I have dealt with the location in Covington on Madison Ave. several times with no problems. I have paid back loans on time every time I went there. I called the Florence location before I went there and they said to stop by. I get there (fighting traffic from all the construction on 75/71) and they said I needed my two most recent bank statements. Well, I certainly wouldn't have arrived there by 4 pm on Sunday to give them my bank statements. And I certainly will not be back.

Extremely rude and nasty people who work there. They look down on you just because you need a little extra money for a car repair. I would not recommend this place at all. Go somewhere else where you are treated better and fire the employees that are working there right now.

Newest ladies that work there are AMAZING! Recommend this location over any others!

Half the women in that place are just rude as heck and have nasty attitudes if you have your job to where your always like that then get a new job
