Kim is rude. If she were my employee she would be in the unemployment line. I understand I have an obligation to this company with my loan but after a request to stop the immense amount of reminder calls the attitude she attempted to spark with me was uncalled for. I understand policy. But do not address me as though I am a child. I only need one call, I have a voicemail and I don't suffer from short term memory loss. As a manager I suggest a coaching on customer service and positivity skills. Possibly even training in front end collections because any good business shouldn't feel the need to call someone that many times. I'll be taking my business to a different location. The other girls here are nice but she's a poor center manager.

The Checksmart in Erlanger & Ft.Wright have very nice and courteous people working in those specific locations;however the Florence location off of US 442,the two women(in my opinion) , were very rude,my guess is they're not used to a black man cashing a 1k check.They more or less treated me like a criminal, although I have cashed numerous amount of checks,name clearly in the system,took me through the process as if it was my first time ever! The person tried her best to not be able to cash the check. I deemed that as a very bad customer experience!

The ladies in here are the nicest group of gals and try to get to know you and understand your situation, I had one girl actually seem disappointed in me that I needed to come back for another loan after we had talked about me getting back in track financially. Always very helpful and understanding

Everybody here is rude and in no hurry whatsoever to get people out. Been here an hour or So and still haven't been helped. Watching one chick work and the other is just playing around at her window and won't wait on us. It's sad and pathetic!!!!! Get better people or train the ones Ya got BETTER....Also maybe try having them be polite instead of RUDE!!!!! To hell with THIS place!! Thanks for NOTHING

Five stars for Khrissie! I'd been having a hell of a day and was feeling pretty tense when I came in. Not only did she get me taken care of quickly and without fuss... her calm voice and pleasant demeanor had a soothing effect on me. Everyone everywhere who deals with customers could take a page out of her playbook.

They were able to cash my first check for $150, but when I brought in a check for $475, they wouldn't cash it. Not only that, them women just held on to the check for almost a half hour typing information in their computer. I kept asking for the check back, they said, oh we are giving it to you. The whole time they were running it through a machine and just inputting information. What a waste of time. Rudeness in it's entirety.

Absolutely rude. Lady had a terrible attitude as soon as I walked up to her. She walked away several times without explaining. Took 10 mins on my phone.... To come back and tell me my check was a fraud ! ! Which was some bullS. It was my work check that I've cashed multiple times. ! She needs to be fired. !

Kim went above and beyond to resolve an issue with the Insight Payment card. She was persistent and didn't back down. Thanks so much, Kim!

I went in to cash a check and was told I had to put 3/4 of my check on one of their green cards??? I thought cashing checks is what this place does??? Will never go back here again
