The people in the office are actually very nice and helpful, but if you miss a payment, their corporate office is terrible. I've missed one paying on one loan, because I couldn't make it in time due to my mother being in the hospital. The following week, I went to the office and setup for the payment plan, but their corporate office called several times and sent me a really nasty letter. I've already made two payment under the payment plan. So I call them and they say, oh I apologize, the letter must've crossed in the mail. WHAT??? I would appreciate if the people in the office would call instead. Corporate is nuts and do not have all the info.

Ok place if you need some quick cash to get by until your next payday.. The people in the office are really friendly which why I'm giving it at least two stars. But do not miss one payment. Coporate will treat you like trash and it doesn't matter if your good customer. Not doing business with this place again.

Poor service do not use this service horrible attitudes and payday loans are not what they say they are went to get a loan And there attitude change if you come in a day after pay back the loan i took my neighbor to payback a and they would not accept the money back over being one day late a girl behind the glass says we cannot accept it with a bad attitude my neighbor asked could she just pay back the amount she owed they refused because she missed her day due to an emergency car situation she couldnt get up there on the given day and they sent the check to the bank now they re telling her to pay back 101.00 that she doesnt have the clerk over the phone are very nasty she called them because they told he to come back with the amount she took she came back but it was refused now she has no way to get up 101.00 and have to deal with untrained staff there is always one person all the time you go there allways an argument between a clerck and the customer worst company ever DO NOT GO TO CHECKSMART FOR A LOAN OR CHECK CASHING RUDE SERVICE GO ELSEWHERE AVOID AT ANYTIME

THE WORKERS DON’T DO THERE JOB , THEY SIT THERE LIKE YOUR NOT THERE , LINE GOING OUT THE DOOR . THEY JUST NEED BETTER CUSTOMER SERVICE .

In office,very friendly, and courteous. I have not been late or missed any payments, therefore based on the other reviews expressing how rude corporate is I have not experienced that. The PDL should be your last result, once you borrow it is a vicious cycle of loaning and re-loaning. Just keep paying the high ass fee's in my case $79 bi-week (terrible). I created the craziness!

The staff is friendly & courteous. I have not had any problems. As long as you do your part and pay back your loans, you are good to go.

The service there is impeccable, the staff is professional, courteous and has helped me on a couple of occasions stay on track with my account.

Places like this charge way to much money to cash checks. 5% to cash a check is excessive, but I was in a pinch and thats who they prey on.
