New to Ft. Wayne and visited this store for the first time. McKenzie was super friendly when I walked in even tho she was helping someone else. Angela was great! Great personality, great customer service! Definitely made the process easier than another place I had gone. Chatting with her was like chatting with an old friend! She has a customer as long as she’s there!

Almost every time I have gone, Daisy has been my teller. I have never had a unpleasant experience with her! She is kind, very professional as well as quick and efficient.

This was my first time visiting this location in Fort Wayne, Indiana. The young lady Daisy that helped me was very thorough and pleasant. The process took a while, but that's because I was a new customer. She made sure that I understood everything and she made sure to not make me feel like I was being rushed. If I ever need another payday loan, I'd be sure to visit this location again.

I have been to other check cashing stores in Fort Wayne and I think this store has the most experience and Melissa the store Manager is the best I would give her 5 stars. Thanks Melissa for a great experience.

Angela was helpful and friendly! Not to mention you guys were super packed and I was like the 10th person in line and she got to me very quickly super efficient and she always had a big smile on her face. Definitely will be coming back to this trust worthy and friendly location!
