3Rivers East State Village E State Blvd, Fort Wayne

This place is fantastic. The employees are so kind. My father is elderly and they are patient and understanding with him. As his daughter, I appreciate knowing he is taken care of. I would recommend this location.

Let me tell ya bout East State Village’s 3Rivers branch. I was blown away by how fast it went up and how awesome it makes that intersection look! The building that was in that area before was a complete eyesore and now that area looks just beautiful! This branch has quickly become the Crown Jewel of Fort Wayne with its’ fantastic team (those guys/gals are so hot right now!), stellar member service, and impressive presence in the community! I especially love the new artwork that you guys have there that showcases so many staples of the city. Every time I’m in there it makes me want to go to Power’s, Zesto’s, Halls’ Drive-in, or even ACME right across the street!! Sure we lost a bit of convenience and now we have to make an extra stop but believe me when I say, it is well worth it! You guys are so great for coming to our neighborhood and being such a Friendly and Fresh Time for the members! If I could give it 10 Stars I would!

An amazing new building with unique art of our fantastic city. I am so glad that my local credit union gives so much back to its community. They have helped me build credit, get car loans, and even purchase my first home. Thank you so much 3Rivers!

Some of the best people i have ever dealt with at a bank, they try their hardest to help you. The deserve 6 starts if it were possible.

The crew at this branch provides incredible service and value to every member who walks in the door. They are so down to Earth, I feel comfortable talking about pretty much anything with them, from the new Nintendo to my financial needs. They have only been in the neighborhood for about a week, but they have already volunteered in the surrounding community! To top it all off, they even know me by name and they just opened!

Such a friendly staff! The building was clean and modern, they provide drinks. I had an appointment and was taken back quickly and had my HSA account set up very easily!

I was so excited to sign up with this credit union but for the past few months I've been having issues with the ATM and it never seems to be fixed. I pulled up tonight just before 6 and again, I couldn't get money out. (This morning I tried making a deposit in another account, also didnt work) So I go over to the drive window (still had open sign on) and no one answered. I go to the door (of course its locked) they see me, but no one comes to the door to answer my question. Then, there is the $33 overdraft for NO reason. Money is in there..even after they take the $33. Also, their sign says 8AM for drive up window..which is NEVER open (even with the open sign on) The longer we stay here, the more we regret it.(PS their app doesnt work either)

Website says open, so I took half a day off-guard to go and open an account and they are closed. So I wasted half away with no pay for nothing.
