Chelsea was very kind, pleasantly helpful, and very knowledgeable at her job. She made my experience delightful! I would recommend this location to anyone in a tight spot until pay day!

Super slow older lady was having a FaceTime call so loud on top of that cost almost 20$ to cash a check definitely won’t return and the old lady told the alarm code while on the phone and the store very unprofessional!

Awesome customer service! Associates are always very welcoming and nice, service is quick as well. Definitely recommend using them to cash checks, get prepaid cards or even apply for a loan.

Cheryl was extremely helpful and friendly. It took a little longer than expected due to a technological issues with the computers but hey that happens they were quite helpful.

My feelings about places like Check N Go are quite ambivalent. On one side, I have always been treated with great kindness and respect by the employees, specifically Cheryl. She is extremely cheerful and always polite and amiable. On the other side, I think companies like this are highly predatory and create a cycle of dependency which is very difficult to end. They treat their employees terribly, just like how they fired Frank after years of INCREDIBLE service. The owners are similar to drug dealers, in that they know they will always have desperate customers who need them, and because of this, they don't care about retaining great employees.

I've been coming here for almost 10 years now and I'm so sad that Frank is no longer here. He took the best care of his customers and tried to get to know us all personally. He was amazing but I have gotten to know Leah since hes left and she is just as amazing. I love that woman and she is the only reason I continue to come here. Just know if she leaves I will no longer come here. I'll go elsewhere and pay the extra finance charges. I've never met anyone like these 2 in this business and I love them both. Y'all messed up with Frank...dont mess up with Leah to. Five star service from those 2.

Annette at the Broken Arrow branch is the BEST. She is so helpful, sweet and kind. Very willing to help and always remenbers every detail.

So I loved the lady who opened me. She was amazing! However I told them to deposit my check on the due date which was Thursday. I called Saturday because it still hasn't cleared. They said it's still in their office because they don't have a bank. Then I said I could come pick it up. They said it shows deposited on my account and it would cost me an extra $25 NSF to come pick it up which is illegal since it hasn't accrued that fee yet. Now Chelsea told me I can't pick it up and I have to wait an entire week for it to be deposited. This is not okay. I feel in my opinion I need to call the state and have them audited for charging people $25 NSF that hasn't accrued on their accounts. Would have been great if I wasn't getting 2 different stories and my problem is the unaccrued $25 that people are getting charged.

Cheryl was extremely helpful and knowledgeable of the process. She was able to help me fix a situation from trying to apply online and get me what I needed for a very important day!
