I love the atmosphere. People in the store are very courteous. They were processing his information when it was time to close. She stayed open even when it was closing time told us not to worry she was just locking the door. We are extremely satisfied and we will be back.

Outstanding customer service! I recommend them if you need help between paychecks. Wonderful staff they make it quick and simple and easy to understand.

ABSOLUTE WORST SERVICE AND STAFF EVER. Seriously go to a different location. 1. They are gone or doors are locked for MULTIPLE HOURS through out the day. I have gone to this location several times on Saturdays and it is only pure luck this place is open for maybe 2-3 hours at a time, not counting that staff members lunch (which I completely understand). Like today 2:56pm and doors locked (online and hours on the door state 3:00pm) 2. They mess up dates of payment on a frequent period. Which is ironic when they have pay stubs in front of them. 3. THEY DO NOT PAY ATTENTION TO NAMES OF CHECKS, my check and personal information has been handed to another customer. Thankfully the that persons was honorable and returned it. BUT THIS LOCATION DIDNT THINK THAT IT WAS SOMETHING I NEEDED TO BE NOTIFIED ABOUT! Again, this is concerning since they have access to people banking info. Not very trust worthy. 4. Customer Service, when calling and confronting staff there, I was rudely told “well nothing happened and your check is fine!” This is not acceptable that person could have took my info and used it. And ADVANCE AMERICA would not have dealt with the consequences, I would have. And the manager was even worse. I will be contacting your corporate office, OK Dept of Consumer Credit, BBB and the FTC regarding the breach of my privacy and poor financial practices that are going on with this location.

So friendly and willing to help! They are the only place I use if I need a little help between paydays! Thanks for being so great! 😁

The ladies filled out my paperwork and had my money within 15 min. Quick and easy. They were great!!!!
