I needed a loan. I had applied at many online loan companies only to get the run around. I stopped into the Magna location and inquired about a loan. Andres was so helpful and explained exactly what I needed to get a loan. I went back in the very next day after work and I was in and out within 30 minuets with money in hand. The easiest and smoothest loan I have ever received. I will always recommend Check n Go!

The first day I went into Check 'n Go I had never done a pay day loan in my life, and I was trying to get some information. What I ended up getting was a lady name Ronda who simply told me to fill out an application and she will explain the process to me. I did just that, Ronda on the other hand spent more time on the phone than really explaining anything to me. I ended up having to write three different checks because Ronda was speaking so fast that I did not understand, so I asked her to write the amounts down and she got an attitude with me. There was another lady sitting at a desk who was not taking phone calls, and not helping customers who were standing in line. I did call the store to complain about the services, I spoke to a woman name Jill, who I later on had issues with when I went in to pay on my loan. Jill didn't talk as fast, but she did keep answering the phone when there was again another person sitting at a desk not taking phone calls or helping customers in line. Jill also calls my phone, for whatever reason, at times I cannot answer and leaves a message telling me her name and she is calling to confirm my appointment, never leaving the company's name, the only way I knew it was Jill is because I Googled the phone number she called from. I believe it is very unprofessional to leave a voice mail to confirm an appointment without leaving a company's name. Between my experience with Ronda and Jill, I cannot recommend your company to anyone, and I regret choosing to do business with Check 'n Go.

Check n GO has help out so many of my friends and family with check cashing, choice loans, pre-paid master cards. The manager Andre is very knowledgeable and helpful when trying to apply for a loan and information about different products that Check n go has to offer. All the managers and customer service reps are very polite and honest and helpful so any location is the best location when help is needed.

My husband and I went in for a loan and Keanu was very patient and helpful. It took a while to be approved because of they was my husband is paid through his work and Keanu stayed past their scheduled closing time to ensure we were able to leave satisfied and with what we needed.
