I have been using this business for the past six months and I can truly say that every employee that I have come in contact with has been awesome. I usually go to Shay however; on the few occasions that she has not been there the other employees took care of me with great professionalism. I would recommend to anyone.

I've been doing business at this location for a while. The service is very professional, straight forward, and I deal with Shyla alot. Her service, and gratitude always professional, polite, helpful when needed, all the above great employee you have. I've also dealt with Stephanie as well. She herself very professional. Sweetest Elizabeth knows her stuff regarding pay day loans and other that are available. She was still kind when telling me I wasn't approved for payday loan of $200.

Shayla was so nice! I went in on a Saturday and she seemed to be the only one working, but she offered patient/friendly customer service to each person. It was my first time here, so I'll be back!

Friendly and courteous staff. Shayla will try to give you an honest straight answer to your questions. If they don't know the answer, they will try to find it for you. Have also had great service from Stephanie and Biby. I have arrived to the store before supposed closing time and the door has been locked early.

PLEASE READ! I am giving the 5 stars because of Shayla. When I started going here she was always a pleasure to deal with and I never had to wait long for her to process my loans. Here we are 9 months later and I have to say the girl Melanie is not a people person and needs to get retrained in customer service. When I walked in she had a face like I was bothering her and no hello how are you how can I help you. It was more like what do you need type of attitude. She took forever dealing with me like if it was the 1st time i have been there. She asked me if I had a check I said I never get asked this they normally just print a copy for me to sign. She then tells me I need to go to my bank which my bank is in orlando or tampa and get a counter check from now on. But literally she has bank info and statement in my files. She was asking stuff that I was never asked before and the whole time was acting like I was a bother. If i decide to go back i hope there is someone else or they need to try to go Shayla back in.
