I have been using this Check n Go for 5 months now and have had nothing but outstanding customer service! Tandy, Lisa and one other girl, can't remember her name, are always so friendly and helpful, even when they are extremely busy! They really helped me out when I was in a bind. Thanks Guys!

Aaliyah was absolutely amazing in helping me at the store on N. Eastern! Terrific customer service. More employees should strive to be like her. First, there is always a new employee there like every couple months. I think I now know why. The store manager, Pandy, is AWFUL to say the least! She is so rude and hateful to her customers!! She has NEVER been helpful or polite! I had an issue getting in to pay and told her I would be in first thing the next morning. She took the money out of my account anyway! After she told me she would hold it! She is a miserable woman to do business with. No wonder nobody wants to work with her either. Trust me, I am not the only customer that feels this way too! DONT go to this Check N Go location!!!

Pandy was so helpful!! We had a few hiccups in the process but she was incredibly kind and considerate through the whole process!!

Spoke with Barbara on the phone this afternoon about my last payments due- she was rude the entire call and argued with me when I told her I didn't appreciate her unprofessionalism. I have worked with this company previously and never had these issues before. I would not reccomend this company if this is how they are trained to engage with their customers.

Sandra was amazing! Although her name “sandy” sounds like pandy (previous worker) she’s definitely not her. She’s kind, informative and professional.

Found this wonderful pay day loan company...I was transitioning over from a different state for job purposes and was down to my last in cash!!!! Pandy was wonderful in helping me get situated with a loan, just gotta love her warm southern hospitality. Process was thorough, quick and easy!!!!

Got there at 10 when they're supposed to be open but the doors were locked and there was no sign up saying when they would return. When the girl finally arrived she said it would take another 20 minutes til she opened. She didn't open until almost 11:00 when they're supposed to open at 10. Had to wait almost an hour just to get in the door then the girl was rude and unfriendly. No way to run a business.

I've been using check n Go for years. Its good to know when you need a loan you can get one without a lot of hassle. The store employees are very helpful and friendly. Thanks Check n Go!
