They send you a letter saying you are guaranteed a loan but there is no way to get it. They have all of your info but ask for it again. Fishy.

I have been on fmla at work and I got a call from the older lady threating to sue me. I told her what had happen. We are in a Pandemic and I barely have money to pay my other bills. I told her I was waiting on my Taxes to pay her she said "I will see you in court". I have never missed a payment until 2 months ago when I got sick.

Wouldn’t recommend. My credit was ran without my permission and without me finishing a application with them by being told I wouldn’t get approved because my address was listed as Tulsa Oklahoma. After I had seen and was called and told my information was ran a month after coming in trying to get one I was then told by the boss who still has yet to return my calls that she would do nothing to help me dispute it to get it off my credit even though she admitted they had a mix up between her and he employee. Dropped my credit score 25 points and was extremely rude and not helpful. All to only get 190$ loan when I didn’t need the money just wanted to bump my score up before I got an apartment. After telling the boss I will be pressing fraud charges on her I haven’t heard back from anyone. Terrible company very sorry the employees have to work under such poor management
